(-) Pas de parking réservé. Difficulté pour monter les bagages dans l'escalier. Pas de placard ou armoire dans la chambre. Ascenseur qui ne va pas jusqu'aux placards à ski.

Just back from a ski break with 2 friends. Staff at the hotel are really helpful and friendly - special recognition to the barman. The hotel is easily located to get to the Diable lift which whisks you up to the slopes in no time. It has it's own hire shop so renting equipment was simple. Our triple room was simple but clean and the beds were comfy (I like a firm bed). Only complaint on the room would be that the shower didn't get overly warm at times. Breakfast is a buffet and is varied enough to fuel up on for the day. Not spectacular but at the price point was surprisingly good. The hotel has a terrace and serves food at lunchtime and in evenings although we ate out as it's quick and easy to access the main areas of Les2Alpes. We'd use again if visiting Les2Alpes.

We have just had 4 nights at the Aalborg and our stay was very good. The hotel is very clean, staff are excellent and the ski in ski location is really good giving easy access to the huge ski area. Even the school party there were no trouble! Would definitely come back

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à l'hôtel Aalborg. L'accueil a été très sympathique dès notre arrivée. Le personnel est toujours disponible et à l'écoute. La nourriture est excellente, avec des produits frais et locaux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de louer notre matériel de ski directement à l'hôtel, à des tarifs vraiment intéressants. Cela nous a fait gagner un temps précieux et simplifié notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !"

Le cadre est tout simplement exceptionnel : l’emplacement au pied des pistes offre une vue imprenable et crée une ambiance magique, surtout en plein hiver. Rien que pour le panorama. Cependant, le service laisse vraiment à désirer. L’attente est interminable, et on a l’impression que l’organisation manque cruellement de fluidité. Côté cuisine, c’est malheureusement très moyen. Les plats de pâtes sont trop légers, et la pizza, bien que prometteuse, était insuffisamment cuite. Sans oublier que les menus enfants sont supprimés en terrasse … 🤔🤔 C’est dommage, car avec un tel emplacement, ce restaurant pourrait vraiment briller.

Emplacement idéal mais quelle catastrophe . 1h20 pour se faire servir une tisane à la menthe . J’ai du réclamer la carte , et plus de tisane à la menthe . Donc un chocolat chaud qui a tarde à arriver . C’est terrible . Nous étions 14 sur la terrasse …
