Came to les2alpes skiing, stayed in this hotel, which is close to the ski resort, and can walk to the cable car in 10 minutes. If you don't want to walk, you can take a free bus back and forth every day. The hotel has complete facilities and a great view outside the window.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel’s booking policy. I initially booked a room through a third-party platform, but later found a more suitable option for a solo traveler on the hotel’s official website. Since both reservations were for the same stay, I reached out to the hotel multiple times to cancel one of them well in advance—more than a week before my check-in date. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely inflexible and refused to accommodate my request. I find this policy extremely rigid and customer-unfriendly. Being forced to keep two reservations for the same dates at the same hotel, with no option to cancel one, is truly frustrating. I expected better service and flexibility.

The location is very good, very close to the VFD long-distance bus station, diable bus station and cable car. The facilities are also very new. The front desk is occupied most of the time, making it convenient to check in and check out.

Geweldige locatie op een topligging, alles was goed bereikbaar. De kamer was ruim, schoon en stijlvol ingericht. De bedden lagen heerlijk, echt topcomfort. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, vers en superlekker. Alles klopte gewoon, van ontvangst tot vertrek. Een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar kwaliteit, rust en een goede nachtrust. Hier komen we zeker terug!
