Come comunicato già al direttore dell'Hotel, la pulizia della stanza e del bagno non è stato sufficiente. Ho dovuto comunicare che il bagno non è stato pulito e neanche la stanza. Sono state sistemate solamente le lenzuola. Mi dispiace comunicare tutto ciò poichè non ho mai avuto problemi con la struttura, tranne solo per la pulizia. Personale sempre gentile e cordiale.

Great location. Clean room. No working AC. Room is close to 90 degrees and incredibly unsafe for dehydration. Basically ruined trip to ischia because we’re too sick to do anything after trying to sleep in the room

Close to shops, restaurants, helpful staff, good breakfast and nice garden, easy to get local bus to everywhere. We loved our stay in Ischia.

l'hotel ha migliorato tantissimo la struttura e i servizi, rispetto alla mia ultima visita di qualche anno fa. La posizione centralissima e la cordialità del personale sono sicuramente il punto di forza. Ottima anche la colazione con dolci fatti in casa.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel l'ultima settimana di agosto. Il punto forte della struttura è la posizione sulla centralissima via Roma dove si trovano tantissimi negozi e ristoranti aperti fino a tardi. La colazione continentale sia dolce che salata è molto variegata, c'è veramente di tutto. Ottimi soprattutto i plumcakes preparati e serviti in continuazione dalla cuoca. Il personale è sempre disponibile a qualsiasi informazione e richiesta. In particolare il receptionist Lello del turno di notte ci ha consigliato tanti bei posti da visitare, anche quelli meno noti, dandoci tutte le indicazioni per raggiungerli. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, da tornarci!

Ci sono stato ad Agosto con famiglia per un breve periodo. Non mi sono fatto ingannare dalle recensioni, alcune non proprio positive, ed ho fatto benissimo perché ci siamo trovati molto bene. Innanzitutto ci hanno informato che era una nuova gestione insediata a Marzo 2024 e che ereditavano quindi le recensioni della precedente gestione. Posizione super comoda, vicinissima al mare. Colazione ricca e variegata (dolce e salato). Camera confortevole e molto pulita. Personale estremamente gentile e premuroso. L’ultimo giorno ci hanno offerto un late check out dandoci la possibilità di fare tante ore di mare e poterci lavare con comodità in camera prima di andare via. Una esperienza molto positiva, sicuramente ritorneremo. Super consigliato

Hotel in pieno centro ad Ischia porto. Nella zona pedonale, a due passi dalla spiaggia, shopping, ristorante, porto e bus. Anche se un po "vintage" è ben curato, pulito e la colazione ottima, abbondante e varia. Personale della reception veramente impeccabile, accogliente, disponibile, gentile e anche simpatico. Personale di sala colazione molto attento e gentile...quasi tutti. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato. Sarebbe utile un frigorifero in camera e un phon migliore
