A classic hotel in the best sense of the word, preserving the soul of Ischia. Warm and friendly staff - reception, maids, restaurant workers, cozy room, wonderful addition - swimming pools, saunas. Minor shortcomings are compensated by a wonderful attitude and willingness to help in any matter. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. I will definitely come back.

Hotel datato, ma nel complesso buono. La nostra camera era ben tenuta e pulita. Le piscine perfette, tutte con acqua termale e alcune con vari getti idromassaggio. Il cibo è stato buono. Gentile e disponibile tutto il personale, di sala, del bar, del riassetto camere, della reception e gli addetti alle piscine interne ed esterne; tutti sempre sorridenti e pronti ad accogliere le richieste dei clienti. Unica eccezione per la signora Maria, della reception che è stata sempre molto secca e un po': 'bacchettona" per niente empatica. Buona la posizione abbastanza centrale. Hotel con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo: consigliato

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel con una mia amica e I nostri figli di 12 anni. Hotel vecchio stile con molto potenziale dal punto di vista architettonico. Posizione ottima, centrale e comoda per spostarsi. Spiaggia vicina, piccola ma acqua bella. Intorno ci sono molti servizi. Il personale della struttura molto gentile soprattutto Raffaella alla reception. Camere ampie e pulite con un bel terrazzo. Abbiamo optato per mezza pensione e il cibo era buono, con buffet serale pre cena. Non abbiamo usufruito delle terme per scelta, ma solo di piscina esterna. Opportunità: restauro struttura perché ha un grosso potenziale. Ci siamo trovati bene e siamo riusciti a muoverci facilmente per le varie zone di Ischia pur non avendo l'auto. Carino il bar in piscina ma l'ho trovato un po' caro. Consiglio per famiglie o per chi vuole un valido appoggio in una zona centrale.

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Royal Palm e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. La struttura è ben curata, la vista mozzafiato e la posizione ideale per chi cerca relax e bellezza, ma ciò che ha davvero reso speciale il nostro soggiorno è stato lo staff, in particolare i camerieri Landi e Gabriele. Professionali, gentili e sempre sorridenti, ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati e benvenuti ogni giorno. Hanno saputo unire efficienza e simpatia, creando un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. È raro trovare persone così appassionate del proprio lavoro e attente ai dettagli. Ogni pasto è stato accompagnato da un servizio impeccabile e da piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Grazie di cuore a Landi e Gabriele per aver reso la nostra vacanza ancora più speciale. Torneremo sicuramente!

hotel 4 stelle che sa di due stelle. Camere non belle struttura decadente e piscine ( facendo eccezione per la jacuzzi) abbastanza sporche. Il personale della reception alquanto approssimativo ma invece quello del ristorante eccellente e gentilissimo. Si mangia molto bene e sono attrezzati per le intolleranze alimentari. Spiaggia dell’hotel terrificante( tranne il mare con una bella acqua )e spazi troppo ristretti. Pulizia abbastanza scadente. Non consiglio questo hotel per i giovani

Bellissimo hotel a Ischia, ben posizionato e accessibile con parcheggio. Ottimo il personale al piano e in sala, piscine termali per tutti i gusti, arredamento un po’ datato ma non è certo quello che cerchi quando vai a Ischia. Ottimi anche pranzi e cene, la colazione sia dolce che salata sempre rifornita, sicuramente consigliato.
