Villa Diana - Beach & Rooms

La struttura ha una buona ubicazione ma,parlo del secondo piano della struttura,pulizia ZERO!!!! Bagno sporco e x la camera solo il letto fatto.

Camera piccolissima, malgrado avessi chiesto in netto anticipo una camera piu grande e con balcone o terrazzo. Si poteva fare visto che ci hanno fatto lasciare i cagagli in portineria perchè la camera non era ancora pronta. Set da bagno li abbiamo dovuti chiedere. Condizionatore sulla testata del letto per cui......bronchite assicurata.

We had a great time. The staff is always kind, attentive and helpful. Our balcony overlooks the street which is splendid. Maybe it would be better to put a divider between the balconies. But for the rest everything is ok. The beach is very close

I found this hotel through Booking, where the reviews were feasible, running out of availability I called personally. First night feasible, second day without water from 7.30 pm, in short a mess, it's not that much here that it can happen even if a reserve would be needed, broken bed in the sense that it doesn't have the feet to hold it up, they tell us to be careful in that corner, after it also fell on my side. In short the least we could do was change rooms, how can you find yourself almost on the floor in the middle of the night? I can imagine how we were.. the Wi-Fi they said was perfect, it didn't take even a minute because we needed it for some work things! Very poor cleaning, a hotel in a certain location should really be taken care of in every detail but instead not. I don't blame the girls at the reception but the owners, if you are not capable, get everything out of the way and put your visa in it! In all this we are waiting for the refund for the night without water, will it ever arrive? I see little sincerity... A real shame, the location is perfect!

I don't usually write reviews especially for hotels where I stay. Want to ruin your vacation? You're in the right place. Incompetent reception staff in providing information and highly rude housekeeping. Screaming inside the hallway by the housekeeping staff already at 8 in the morning. Questionable room conditions. I tell you with all my heart..avoid!

Location 10 out of 10, simple hotel without pretensions, a little dated but clean and with kind and helpful staff. It does not pass itself off as a "3/4 star hotel" but as a "bed and breakfast" and that is what it offers... the room was a little small but equipped with everything (fridge aside!!!) Perfect if you do not have too many pretensions...
