So I always do a proper research when booking hotels and used Trip Advisor to help me with this holiday. It did not disappoint. I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in would most definitely return. Ischia has so much to offer, the hotel was spotless, the staff were over helpful, the ladies on reception, Enzo in the bar & the fabulous Giovanni on the beach!! I just can’t fault it. Breakfast is amazing, dinner also incredible & there is plenty to do, see & eat out of the hotel. Would thoroughly recommend ❤️

This was my second time there for a 6 day stay and I was pleased that they were able to maintain the high standard compared to my first visit. The garden is absolutely magical and they added a new infinity pool overlooking the sea. The nice private beach and the central location with close proximity to Porto and Ponte are a big plus point of this noble house. The pianist and singer Gino d'Ischia contributes to the unique old-school glamour of this noble house. It's nice to see that they are committed to preserve its beauty while continuing to invest in renovations.

Siamo stati in questo magnifico Hotel per la nostra vacanza ad Ischia, volevo fare una sorpresa a mia moglie e ci sono riuscito alla grande, grazie alla grande disponibilità e professionalità del Signor Antonio Mancuso che mi ha organizzato tutto nel minimo dettaglio, come dicevo gran bella struttura con una posizione veramente straordinaria, praticamente si é sul mare e a 2 minuti dal centro. Noi abbiamo fatto solo camera e colazione, però ci siamo fermati a cena la prima sera e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti, ho avuto il piacere di conoscere la Chef di cucina che ci ha deliziato (abbiamo preso 2 menù degustazione dietro consiglio del Maitre Beniamino) .Cucina e servizio di altissimo livello, credo che in pochi alberghi si riesca a trovare così un connubio perfetto. I ragazzi che gestiscono il bar sono di una gentilezza e simpatia unica.Potrei andare avanti a scrivere per ore ma concludo ringraziando di cuore tutto lo staff sperando di rivederci presto, grazie mille per tutto

Great luxury hotel. Very clean and confortable. Every thing is taken care of with great care. Great amenities including gym, heated indoor and outdoor pool, Great atmosphere. A cool walk through beutiful gardens to the private beach with great views. Breakfast was great with wide selection of pastries , fruits, breads, etc etc. They will make you eggs anyway you want as well as pancakes. Staff is very attentive and Pietro was great as he helped us oranize a baot tour. Price was reasonable consider what you are getting. Hotel is a short walk from town with shops and great restaurants. A true 5 star hotel.

A complete delight from start to finish. The style is elegant with a gentleness and charm from an earlier era. The hotel is immaculately maintained (we saw a man walking the corridors with a paint brush to eradicate any tiny blemish) and has made good use of the site to develop a beautiful garden with lots of little nooks and crannies where you can find peace and solitude. Cross over a quiet road and you arrive at a small private beach with one of the most delightful little beach side restaurants I’ve ever been to in Italy. The staff are professional, the breakfast extensive and of good quality. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was very good. The clientele are generally older European and families with adult children. As we hover at retirement age we felt at home! We loved it so much we booked for the following year before we left. What a great discovery.

Everything about this hotel is good. The staff are superb, friendly and well trained their service is impeccable. We especially love Enzo who runs the bar with such class and such a twinkle in his eye. The food is delicious. Rooms are spotless, housekeeping always reliable. The views are unsurpassed, the Med and Vesuvius in the background against a blue, blue sky. Get here, swim in the warm pools and relax. You will love every minute.

Un an que je dois mettre un avis sur cet hôtel qui est le meilleur de l’île d’Ischia (nous en avions testé d’autres les années antérieures). Bref, nous y avons séjourné en août 2023 et l’hôtel se distingue par : - sa situation idéale entre Ischia ponte et Ischia Porto - sa plage privée, la meilleure des plages privées hôtelières sur l’île (elle possède notamment une crique de sable et non de rochers) et son restaurant de plage parfait pour les brunch du midi - son spa et sa piscine bouillonnante d’eau thermale très agréable - toutes les petites attentions dont nous avons fait l’objet durant le séjour ainsi que les très bons conseils du concierge qui nous a organisé une croisière privée formidable ! - le bon restaurant et le geste très classe du Directeur suite à un problème survenu lors d’un dîner.

The most wonderful hotel experience I have ever had. The property is overwhelming and pictures do not do it justice. Each corner of the hotel is spotless and beautiful. The outdoor situation from the many pools to prime beach real estate is unparalleled, peaceful, and private. The real stars of the hotel are the staff who take immense pride in their work. Che l'isola di Ischia sia magica e incantevole è cosa risaputa. Le sue innumerevoli bellezze naturali, le acque termali e la genuinità degli isolani rendono il soggiorno un'esperienza fantastica e rilassante. Ma soggiornare nel meraviglioso hotel Excelsior Belvedere rende ancora tutto più indimenticabile. Posizione fantastica, direttamente sul mare con spiaggia privata e ristorantino delizioso. Nell'hotel bellissime piscine termali contornate da giardini curati e rigogliosi dove potersi rilassare. Centro benessere accogliente e con personale gentile e professionale. Camere pulitissime e con tutti i confort. E infine e non per ultimo, il ristorante. La mattina per una colazione internazionale eccellente e genuina e la sera per una cena di gran classe, dove accomodarsi per viaggiare in un percorso sensoriale di gusto e bellezza grazie alla chef Libera Iovine, che ho avuto il piacere di conoscere. La sua cucina eccellente, schietta e genuina, ingredienti di altissimo livello e con un perfetto equilibrio di sapori. Staff gentilissimo e preparato, che si prende cura del cliente in tutti gli ambienti dell'hotel. Cosa dire di più, se non ringraziare la proprietà per far esistere e prendersi cura di questo meraviglioso hotel e di tutti i suoi clienti.
