This was our first trip to Ischia, and hence our first stay at Excelsior Belvedere Hotel. The staff on Reception were very friendly and welcoming. We were given a tour of the hotel and shown our room - the room and the hotel itself is beautiful and maintained to the highest standard. We had a Superior Garden View but were delighted that we could also see the sea as well. The room was spacious, well thought out and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, as was the feather pillows. The pool area (indoor pool, outdoor pool, thermal pool and infinity pool) are all fabulous and there is a small private beach as well. Drinks and food are also available at the poolside bar and again, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We ate at the hotel each evening and the quality of food was exceptional. Of special note also was the talented pianist, Gino, who played every evening of our stay. We cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful hotel and when we visit the beautiful island of Ischia again soon, which we fully intend to do, we would not hesitate to go back to Excelsior Belvedere Hotel.

Hotel impeccabile! Stanza pulita, letto comodo e personale gentilissimo. Colazione ricca e vista stupenda. Ottima posizione per visitare il centro. Esperienza da ripetere, super consigliato! da provare assolutamente con amici o da soli è comunque una esperienza spettacolare

Excellent hotel - one of the best 5 star hotels that we have ever stayed at. Beautiful garden, staff excellent, lovely Italian style room w/ to die for view. Close to town, but a quiet oasis. Our warmest and best recommendations. We will be back.

This place was spectacular! From the moment we walked in, classy, super clean and the friendliest staff ever!!! The views were to die for and with the grounds and huge pool made you feel like being in a tropical paradise. Highly recommend! 5 stars +.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel il ponte di maggio. Il tempo bellissimo ci ha accolto all ingresso del giardino del hotel. Lo staff ci ha accompagnato in camera accogliendoci al meglio. La vista dalla nostra suite era sublime i letti comodissimi così come i cuscini. La pulizia e l ordine nelle camere e' una cosa da rimarcare. Le amenities sono complete. Lo shampoo e il balsamo si può migliorare la qualità ma e' un dettaglio. La biancheria profumata e in abbondanza. La colazione ottima per qualità e quantità va rivisto solo il layout e la disposizione . Il servizio spiaggia eccellente così come le piscine di cui una termale. La cena della sera in terrazza e' fantastica per l atmosfera e per la qualità e la presentazione dei piatti . Lo staff tutto molto gentile e professionale! Bravissimi ! Ci torneremo
