Great hotel, amazing staff, and super location as well. It offers a private beach, a private terme pool (which is an important amenity in Ischia), and free parking as well. The breakfast is fine and the service is amazing. Shout out to Andrea and Gabriele who have helper us a lot.. Will be back again for sure..

Siamo stati più volte, negli anni, ospiti della struttura. Facile vedere il negativo se sei negativo, soprattutto poi se sei del settore. Questa esperienza l'abbiamo vissuta non da tecnici specializzati in strutture turistico ricettive, ma da ospiti che apprezzano quanto di buon viene offerto. La posizione è ideale per tutto, il personale cortese e disponibile, la colazione giusta. La cura che ha avuto per noi il General Manager Antonio Buono è stata attenta e professionale (complimenti). In attesa di un nostro prossimo momento di relax, occorre un fisiologico " restyling" dell'intera struttura, che ha una potenzialità enorme. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno

Single room in this hotel terrible. Paint peeling on furniture, bathroom taps green with wear, round bath plaster coming off. Made a complaint but not followed up. Because you travel on your own should have same level of comfort as everyone else after all claims to be 5*

L'hôtel est très bien positionné sur l'île. Il a 3 petites criques privées avec transats et parasols. Le personnel est adorable (se sont les maîtres nageurs sauveteurs qui vous place en fonction de vos désirs de la veille :-)) l'hôtel se situe près d'une rue rres commercante avec magasins de qualité. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon avec un personnel professionnel. 2 piscines extérieures que nous avons testé. L'une d'entre elles est une piscine thermale à 34° (très agréable). Je recommande cet endroit

Location bellissima, con piscine termali e non, spiaggia privata. Ischia Porto è raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata bellissima attraverso il centro pedonale a poche decine di metri dalla struttura. Terrazza per colazione e ristorante panoramica. Colazione ottima. Cena normale. Servizi accurati e gentilezza. Camera molto bella, abbiamo avuto un upgrade alla junior suite (avevamo prenotato una superior vista mare). Alcuni dettagli un po' datati ma l'eleganza e il confort non mancano.

Fantastica struttura nel centro di Ischia con ottimi servizi offerti come il transfer da/per porto. Personale gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile. Una nota di merito particolare va a Conny, i bagnini ed alle ragazze del bar in spiaggia. Grazie per averci regalato delle giornate di puro relax! Straconsigliato..peccato dover ripartire. Ritorneremo al più presto.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are professional, but warm and friendly and will help with anything. The hotel room was very comfortable as was the enormous bed and whilst it was very hot outside, the air conditioning ensured that our room was never too hot. Our balcony was delightful overlooking the sea and we spent time enjoying watching the many yachts and motor launches arriving and departing. The private beach is well supervised and catering is excellent as it is in the pool (thermal and cool water pools). There is also an indoor thermal pool but it was not necessary to use this. The food was outstanding from the breakfast through to the dinner with so much to choose from and the wine list was also excellent. Such a super place to stay - we will return very soon.
