Could be excellent hotel as perfect position and has style but poor management makes it average. No internet in bedroom Lovely sea and wide views from superior room. Filthy shower next to thermal pool. Reported but still like it two days later. Management informed but did nothing about it. Very knowledgeable and helpful receptionist called Giovanni- should be manager. Tide mark all around the thermal pool which spoils what could be a wonderful place. Breakfast staff never explained breakfast etiquette and it was hard to get their attention though fine once you did. They seem more interested in filling up the water jugs than in helping clients. Orange juice was some weird cheap flavoured water. Omelettes were good. Had lunch around pool and that was excellent so breakfast could easily be improved. No internet in bedroom. Reported but again management ignored. Lovely pool area but recliners not perfectly cleaned - end of season grubby look. Staff at pool were every kind. Pampered us which we liked. No soap in pool toilet and urine smell. No sign of cleaning. Bedroom was lovely and great views from Superior room. Room was cleaned. AC did not work -pumped out air but not cold! Could be a brilliant hotel with effective management. I shall visit next year as location is perfect for elderly couple like us and I hope for improvement.

sono stato per la seconda volta per una settimana di vacanza. Servizio e offerta alla colazione decisamente peggiorati; mancava latte fresco, uova bollite spesso mancanti, personale molto distratto. Cappuccino di qualità veramente bassa ( era caffè latte) servito in tazza piccola. La camera con arredamento molto povero, abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio del materasso di cui si sentivano abbondantemente le molle. Il bagno senza doccia aveva la vasca con tenda stile anni 50 e, nel complesso era tutto da rifare . In generale struttura molto bella, comoda e vicina al centro ma livello di un tre stelle scarso con gestione disattenta da parte della direzione. Il tutto per più di 200 euro notte/camera.

hotel in ottima posizione strategica.. equidistante dal porto e da Ischia pont porta della doccia che non chiudeva con conseguente allagamento del pavimento se usavi l'idromassaggio pulizia non ottimale filtro phone sporco poca attenzione ai particolari colazione non da 4 stelle con personale di sala sgorbutico e distratto centro benessere inesistente con piscina interna piccola nessuna sala per relax tutto sommato 4 stelle sopravvalutato

Ho trascorso 12 giorni con mia moglie, in una struttura accogliente oltremodo ospitale, diretta con estremo garbo e professionalità dal Direttore Andrea, che insieme a tutto il personale, ha reso indimenticabile il mio soggiorno ad Ischia. Ho potuto usufruire pienamente dei servizi termali in una incantevole location. Ringrazio il Direttore Andrea e tutto il personale alberghiero per l’estrema disponibilità, certo di ritornare la prossima estate con gioia ed entusiasmo in questa splendida isola che ci ha incantato.

Come inizio non c’é male, sono le 14:20 del 14 luglio 2024 e la nostra camera non é ancora pronta, neanche dovessero ridipingerla. Siamo in attesa dalle 12:30, l’ospitalità é estremamente deludente, come l’attesa che prosegue ancora senza poter sapere nulla.

Posizione centralissima. Piscina esterna ottima risorsa. Piscina interna con acqua termale eccellente per chi ha problemi di salute. Centro benessere e termale con ampia gamma di proposte. Tutto il personale e il suo Direttore Andrea si sono dimostrati gentilissimi e professionali e pronti ad accogliere qualunque nostra richiesta. Colazione eccellente con personale disponibile e gentile con un particolare plauso alla professionalità e simpatia di Pino. Very nice hotel, amazing staff; Hotel itself requires some TLC especially around the inside pool and steam room; that being said it is immaculately clean, with friendly, English-speaking staff. Great outside pool area with warm water (in May when sea temperatures resembled iceberg) Tip: if booking out of season do so directly with the hotel (found amazing deal around £70 cheaper than via comparison website for a 3-day stay)

L'accueil est excellent. Le service à l'écoute. notre chambre était très agréable et bien exposée avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Naples. la nourriture était raffinée. La piscine était chauffée naturellement par géothermie. Je recommande très vivement cet hôtel.

Ottimo hotel che si trova proprio al centro del corso, abbiamo scelto il Regina Palace perché ci ha permesso di venire ad Ischia senz’auto, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Molto bella la piscina e complimenti allo staff. Sicuramente torneremo a Settembre. Camera 114 superior bellissima
