Wir waren zum ersten mal im Schlosshotel und es war alles wie erhofft. ich hatte bereits per Telefon die Info durchgegeben das wir einen Geburtstag feiern wollen, und es war alles wie vereinbart. Wir bekamen vom Hotel ein upgrade in ein größeres Zimmer, welches wirklich Super war. Das Zimmer war groß, Sauber Perfekt ausgestattet und Sauber. Das Abendessen in der Weinstube war ebenso wie im Kristallsaal perfekt. die ausgewählten Weine zu den jeweiligen Gerichten korrespondierten sehr gut. Nicht zu vergessen der sehr schöne SPA Bereich. Ist vielleicht nicht der größte, aber dafür kann man sehr gut darin entspannen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt wo wir sehr gut vom Alltag abschalten und uns erholen konnten. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der schon fast familiäre Umgang, sowie der jederzeit einwandfreie Service. Anfragen an der Rezeption wurden binnen kürzester Zeit bearbeitet. Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir werden bestimmt wieder mal zu euch kommen.

In the past, this was a very classy hotel; nowadays, it's filled with noisy Russians and Romanians. The breakfast is meager, nothing special, just some toast with egg. It's best to skip the evening dinner; I've never experienced anything so mediocre. Instead, book a table at a good restaurant in the village. The management, along with a team of five, loudly convene meetings in the lobby, where guests would normally sit. They discuss finances loudly, brainstorming potential improvements to make more money. It's incredibly antisocial and a very odd situation for guests trying to read a book nearby. I would suggest investing in a proper meeting room. It has become a village solely for single men; women are as rare as hen's teeth. The après-ski venues have turned into a sort of meat market, making your wife feel uncomfortable quickly. Ischgl is no longer the charming family ski resort it used to be. It has turned into a bull's fest, ending in nightly brawls with glasses flying around in the après-ski bars. We won't be going next year.

This is just how a great hotel should be. All the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us, there was always plenty of staff on reception to help with anything you needed and the hotel never felt busy. The restaurant food was great, with fantastic service and the bar was the same. The rooms were great too. Not a single complaint about this hotel. It wasn't cheap, but I felt we got very good value for money . I will stay only here when I go to ischgl again.

Pros - Stunning hotel - Location is perfect - Ski in/out is just a bonus - Lobby area for drinks and games - Spa is beautiful- adults only from 6pm. - Food was fantastic. A big thank you to Sophia the resturant manger for personalising our evening menus. Mauella our fabulous server. Cons - Room is small - Shared balcony - Champagne bar had a strange vibe and staff are not very welcoming. But we found the most perfect wine bar at the bottom of the hill to the right.

L'hôtel est situé en plein coeur de la ville à environ 400 m du téléphérique emmenant sur les pistes. L'hôtel est très confortable. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et spacieuses. On regrettera le manque d'un espace enfant. La demi-pension est exceptionnelle à la fois en termes de qualité de nourriture que de service. Très bonne expérience.

This was probably the best hotel i ever stayed, certainly in the Alps. Everything 100% was perfect. Location amazing, right in centre of Ischgl, you can actually ski down next to the hotel entrance. The half board option was superb, 6 course dinner each night was amazing, quality of food and service . Amazing variety on wine list. Breakfast just sensational, lots of choice, nice breads and mix of foods. Fantastic tough to give a newspaper with the day snow report and ski conditions, The room we had was deluxe with view of mountain. Amazing comfy bed, spacious, lots of hanging space, i never had a hotel provide so many coat hangers!. Bathroom perfect , great shampoos and body washes. Hotel spa modern and luxurious, not overstated Hotel bar area really wonderful lots of space, cosy , nice bar staff. Hotel has traditional style you feel you are in the Alps , bit modern day services. Ski hire was so easy and they also provide the ski pass in the hotel reception,. Local bars and restaurants within a few yards from the hotel Cannot wait to come to this hotel again. Top notch thank you !

The hotel restaurant was recommend for a Fondu and Raclette meal. I called in advance and agree to have a meat Fondu for 2 and Raclette for 2 (4 people were eating). Lovely looking hotel but when we arrived they told us they didn't do Raclette and gave us a Cheese fondu instead. No real apology. The meals were €50 per head and there was barely enough for a starter. Small plate of meat, 1 bread basket and various pickles. We were told the bread was free and we could have some more, which they fogot to bring and there wasn't enough cheese to cover the bottom of the pan so it started burning. Really disappointing from a 5 star hotel.

Superbe Hôtel enfin un vrai 5 étoiles digne de ce Nom .Du service a la réception au restaurent, les femmes de ménage la conciergerie tout est parfaitement maitrisé vous êtes chouchouté du matin au soir. la formule demie pension est très bonne avec un large choix culinaire pour tous les gouts. La chambre est spacieuse et très bien insonorisé .Le Spa est juste magnifique .Nous avons eu de très belle vacances ensoleillé dans un cadre idyllique et très bien situé proche de tous les après ski que seul les Autrichiens on comme savoir faire .Merci pour tout ....
