Als dreiköpfige Familie haben wir nun schon den dritten Winterurlaub in Folge im 4-Sterne-Hotel Madlein in Ischgl verbracht und sind erneut restlos begeistert. Wohnkomfort und Ruhe: Die Zimmer im Madlein sind nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch äußerst ruhig und ansprechend gestaltet. Hier kann man nach einem langen Tag auf der Piste wunderbar entspannen. Kulinarische Höchstleistungen: Das Essen im Hotel Madlein verdient das Prädikat "Gourmetniveau". Jeden Abend wurden wir mit raffinierten und köstlichen Kreationen verwöhnt, die selbst anspruchsvollste Gaumen zufriedenstellen. Ein Team, das begeistert: Was das Madlein jedoch wirklich auszeichnet, sind seine Mitarbeiter. Vom zuvorkommenden Sommelier bis zur freundlichen Reinigungskraft – das gesamte Team ist äußerst engagiert und erfüllt jeden Sonderwunsch mit einem Lächeln. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass viele Mitarbeiter bereits seit Jahren im Hotel tätig sind, was für eine familiäre und professionelle Atmosphäre sorgt. Sogar der Chefkoch persönlich erkundigte sich während unseres Aufenthalts an unserem Tisch nach unserem Wohlbefinden und ob uns die Speisen gefallen. Diese persönliche Note hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Perfekte Lage: Die zentrale Lage des Hotels, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Pardatschgratbahn, ist ideal für alle Wintersportler. So können wir direkt vom Hotel aus in das Skivergnügen starten. Wellnessoase zum Entspannen: Auch der Wellnessbereich des Hotels lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Indoorpool und der Outdoorpool laden zum Relaxen und Erholen ein. Hier kann man nach einem aktiven Tag auf der Piste die Seele baumeln lassen. Fazit: Das Hotel Madlein ist für uns ein wahrer Glücksgriff. Hier stimmt einfach alles: Komfort, Kulinarik, Service, Lage und Wellness. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Ein Einzelzimmer, wie ich es hatte ist nicht zu empfehlen! Kein Stauraum, kein Schrank für Klamotten, wohin mit den Skiklamotten? es ist nur eine Stange da. Keine Espressomachine/Kaffeekocher! Zimmer sehr klein. Keine Ablagefläche, nur ein Stuhl sonst Nix. Für den Preis muss man mehr bieten! Und für vieles wird gerne extra abkassiert: zB bezahlt man die Rechnung mit Kreditkarte sind 8 € fällig, der Parkplatz extra… usw. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist gleich an der Seilbahn.

We love this hotel. Warm welcome with a glass of fizz and spa access if early. Amazing dinners & breakfast. Brilliant boot room staff who accommodated all our equipment needs during the week. The spa is so nice. Sauna infusion was a highlight. Good fun night club. Kind departure gift. Rooms had views of the ski slopes and turn down service was a nice touch. We hope to return next year.

We came from one week skiing in Sölden staying in a 3* hotel therefore we had higher expectations for 4*Hotel Madlein, paying three times more. First of all, we didn't get a welcome gift, (we asked for it in the evening and got drink insted) the room we got (room 109) was very small about 19 square meters, the shower glass was broken, the heat in the common area was broken (I informed about this), and most of all they dont do cleaning daily, only put new towels, we had red wine glasses on table the whole stay. The hotel maintains a standard with great & warming staff so the service is good, the food is great and the location is also great but there are lots of hotels in the same location so this hotel is far from worth it. The spa is fine but as there is a night club in the basement there were a lot of groups having fun (naturally) so it was not easy to relax. On the other hand we loved Ischgl and will definitely come back but choose another hótel.

Wonderfull hospitality, great wellness area and sauna experience. This hotel offers a welcoming vibe, amazing staff and an incredible spa. We stayed half board and the evening meals were excellent, far better than expected. Hotel bar was for 5 + star.
