這家酒店幾個比較大的問題：
1. 衹要搬進來住，他就不打掃衞生了，一直要等你離開了才打掃，我在這住了兩週，催促多次，就是不來清理房間，後來告訴我説衹要客人住進來，14天以後才會來打掃，除非你搬走，新的客人進來之前會打掃一次。關鍵是用過的浴巾從來不來更換，要自己拿到樓下的洗衣房去，同時要在洗衣房那裡等兩個小時以上才能拿到乾淨的毛巾。
2. 這裏房門的門禁卡有比較大的問題，門禁卡經常打不開打房門，要去前台重置以後才可以打開房門，但出去以後再回來又打不開了，這種情況發生的概率在70-80%以上。
3. 這裏號稱有早飯，但實際上早餐衹有咖啡和似乎過了期的單一的一種小麪包，糟糕的是我在這住了一週以上每天都沒有任何咖啡供應，説是咖啡機壞了。
4. 這裏的房間不太隔音，左右和後邊的鄰居有任何動靜都聽得比較清楚。所有房間除了面對走廊有窗外，其他沒有任何窗，走廊裏的窗一般都不方便打開，所以房間裏整天暗無天日。

確切的説，光譜的這家stay America，比一般的motel和In都要好，步行5分鐘可以到非常牛的outdoor world和Costco，光譜中心也是近在咫尺。
早餐自沖麥片粥、咖啡、小甜點。
工作人員總體認真負責
這個價位，每天又不在房間待很久，就是晚上回來休息，物超所值！

前台都是垃圾，房間臟亂差，就位置好，價格相對附近其他酒店便宜。現在的美國已經是日落西山，和我大中國酒店，環境和服務相比，就是一坨屎。不是出差，狗都不來的地方。

1st room bed wasn’t made door was open, 2nd room shower head didn’t work but was fixed right away. Breakfast was mid great location though
