Absolute hell hole of a property. Prob would be placed somewhere better after your released from prison On arrival we got to reception and it's self service but no one had emailed us to let us know the access code to our room so we called the number that is on the wall, who struggled to understand our Scottish accent , finally got given our code and we headed to the room number 9. The walk through the corridors to get to our room was a fire hazard, over flowing bins, rubbish everywhere. On opening our room door, the smell of dampness over whelmed us, so we called the number again to complain, all the while noticing all the other disgusting faults to the room, broken toilet seat, dirty floors, mould, broken lamps, dirty vents, radiators, and food waste in the room. The person I spoke to was supposed to email me and I had to reply directly and attach the photos and log my compliant. That email never arrived. I have since taken up with hotel. Com who we booked it through who are trying to get us a refund, and also direct to payman club, who come up with excuse after excuse.
