I was using an Itison voucher for afternoon tea. Food was lovely especially the lovely scones. Coffee & tea cooled a bit quickly so could have been doing with being refreshed as it was served a good 10 mins before the food arrived. Staff were lovely and pleasant.

Spa day was good, treatment was lovely, the package included breakfast, however my daughter and her friends were charged for toast, which I think is unfair considering I paid £330 for the 3 girls for the morning. The hot tub outside was lovely but a bit busy.

The hotel was perfect room great staff brilliant but best of all was food steak pie was out of this world and the fish was gorgeous beautiful done and the batter melted in your mouth Ewan was first class will be back shortly thank you for a lovely stay

Cafe visit. Lovely atmosphere. Immaculately clean. Great service. Lovely, friendly staff. Good selection of food and drink - everything was lovely. We visited at lunchtime on a Saturday and were made very welcome. We opted for a. breakfast roll and scones. Scones were offered toasted with cream. Delicious.

Lovely lunch with grandkids. The food was excellent, plenty to choose from, the children’s menu was really good, they said the pizza was amazing, all beautifully presented. The staff were helpful and very attentive. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent food we stayed for dinner and breakfast there was a good variety to choose from. The room was modern and comfortable,we had a lovely view of the fountains and the lovely The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went to the spa which was amazing overall a fantastic stay

Myself and my husband visited the gailes recently to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had booked an overnight spa rasual experience, we can't thank all of the staff enough from the coffee shop to spa to reception and the restaurant. I would especially like to thank Marianne at the spa and Helen at the reception who went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience and stay. It was appreciated more than you'll know and as those acts of kind go a long way and are a credit to your staffing. We couldn't fault a thing. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Lovely fresh afternoon tea for 2. Fresh ingredients, staff were welcoming and polite. Downside was you couldnt choose your sandwich fillings, we were sat in a booth area that was meant for a big party. Because it was just the 2 of us felt like we had to speak alittle louder as we were still abit away from one another even though were sat across from one another.

Attended the Spa for the ESPA Xmas event which included a spa treatment, prosecco and nibbles as well as a talk & display of ESPA gift sets. The event was well organised, informative and fun. I had reflexology with Isla which was fantastic! Although it was just a taster session, i would definitely go back for a treatment. All the spa staff did an amazing job making us feel at ease and spoiled. Well done!
