環境還是可以，服務前台還行，就是沒有人會説英語，我希望能夠延長一點退房時間打電話下去前台兩次都被掛了電話，然後就上來一個兇橫的男人瘋狂敲門拿了一張紙上寫了12點，並且表情嚴肅的揮手説走，這時候是上午11點半離退房還有半小時，感覺有點恐怖，四星級酒店這樣的神操作，嘎嘎不温暖不温柔哦，就算聽不懂語言也可以派一個前台的女孩温柔的敲門和我温柔的説話，被嚇死。

I really liked the hotel. Cozy, clean, beautiful. We took a family room and were pleasantly surprised by the presence of a large loggia. The room is cozy, there were even soft toys for the children on the sofa and bed. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are delicious. Thank you!
