首先前台不太會説英語，酒店沒有洗衣房，門鎖是鑰匙鎖，出門前要從裏面按一下才能鎖上
我訂的5.17號的房間 然後中午辦入住的時候 給了我一間後面實拍的房間 窗户是這樣的，完全不透明 其他的佈置和房間環境設施也和圖片差了很多 我和前台要求更換房間，她們説衹有到晚上8點才有新的房間，和我説如果我要是換的話可以那個時候換房間 可是我就是要下午的太陽啊 晚上換還有什麼意義呢
然後我想洗衣服 前台説沒有洗衣房 並且現在我付錢他們拿去幫我洗的話要等到第二天才能給我 我就自己洗的 當天晚上8點洗的到第二天12點有幾件還有點潮濕
我就和前台説希望延遲2小時退房 因為畢竟我拿到的房型也是不對的 然後今天的前台説不行 需要額外付錢，因為昨天是那個員工辦理的 他不負責 我本來就拿到了一個錯誤的房間 想把衣服晾乾延遲點退房時間還要額外付錢？沒付 就在我寫評論的同時自己穿着有點潮的內褲 在酒店一層找了兩個凳子坐着晾衣服 有點慘的感覺
真的很久沒見到過服務管理方面這麼差的酒店了

I stayed twice in the Eldorado hotel, before and after my 2 weeks jungle tour.
Standards are different in Iquitos and as on the first stay I was given a room without windows it felt a bit disappointing, but after the jungle, I appreciated very much the dry / cool and clean room, this time with a window and no bugs around..
The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is plenty with everything and tropical fruits and juices

After reading the reviews, I went to this hotel to experience it for one night. All aspects of the hotel, including software and hardware, are really good. This is the one I am most satisfied with among the many inns I have stayed in during my visit to Peru. The front and back gardens are well maintained, and the living and dining rooms are neat, clean and tasteful.

Perfectly located hotel. For me it has a problem, there is a lot of noise. I had to ask to change my room, but even so on a higher floor there was still noise. The best thing about the hotel is all its staff, both reception and room cleaning, restaurant, etc. Very professional and extremely friendly
