We stayed 2 days here.. location and service is good but the cleanliness is poor..the floor is dirty with hair and dust everywhere..we have to buy our own sweep to clean the floor in the room and hall..only 1 access card provided.. parking turn is very narrow make us feel very hard to park at the multistorey car park and we choose to park outside much more easier.. anyway thanks for the service provided.

On one particular evening, when my daughter was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Not only did they send their limousine driver to ferry my daughter to and from the hospital, but they also arranged for a thoughtful delivery of porridge and a fruit platter for her recovery, which was sent by the hotel for the following two days. This compassionate gesture was a reflection of the personal touch that M Roof Hotel prides itself on. The staff’s proactive kindness and genuine concern for my family’s well-being truly elevated our stay from a simple visit to an unforgettable experience. Their ability to blend luxury with heartfelt service is what sets M Roof Hotel apart. In conclusion, M Roof Hotel provides a seamless combination of convenience, comfort, and unparalleled service. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a place to stay where both the quality of the room and the warmth of the staff exceed expectations. Check-in / out process instruction’s were clearly communicated and actual check-in / out was easy. The unit was very tidy and clean. There is a gaming system in the unit with hundreds of games which was fun to play with. There is also free Netflix. The Wi-Fi is good, beds are comfy, and ACs work well in every room. The location is great - a short 5-10 minute drive or grab ride to all Ipoh attractions. We were able to get a grab with 3-5 minutes of booking every time. Really recommend this space.

The apartment is new, clean, nicely renovated with full facilities. It is centrally located and juz minutes on foot to Ipoh Parade. There is no physical service desk but the agent is fast to respond. Had an enjoyable stay there.

Spacious room for the same category of hotel. Room amenities also complete. They even gave local snack food n 2 cans of carbonated drinks. Hotel didn't provide bottle drinking water but at every floor, 2 units of water dispenser were placed and the filtered water taste good. Only one bad thing, room's window sound proofing were poor. Can hear noise from outside of window.

It’s a brand new apartment and we are the first guests to move in. We are so lucky. The apartment is brand new, you can make your own breakfast, there are two bathrooms, the room is big, we live on the 17th floor, the view of the apartment is great, there is Parkson behind, there are supermarkets and shopping malls, life is convenient, it is only a two-kilometer walk from the main attraction, Concubine Lane, it is suitable for Citywalk charges a deposit of 200 Malaysian ringgits and local hotel taxes upon check-in, which is 3 Malaysian ringgits a day. I paid in cash directly for the convenience of refund. It is very cost-effective and highly recommended.

This hotel is considered quite good with this price and the location is quite near to the town. Moreover, they are providing breakfast, even though they don't refill the milk and the choice of food is not that much. But with the price given, I think it is reasonable. Oh.. one more weak point of this hotel is that the surrounding areas are quite dark and silent, and there is no convenience shop within walking distance.

Our three-night stay exceeded expectations. We were thoroughly impressed by the overall experience, and particularly by the exceptional service provided by receptionist Kai Jun. His professionalism and composure when handling a challenging guest were commendable. Upon arrival, our room was not yet ready, requiring a 20-minute wait. Kai Jun kept us consistently updated on the room's status, ensuring a smooth and comfortable wait in the lobby. While the hotel is relatively new and exhibited a slight paint odor, the use of fragrance minimized its impact. The culinary offerings were a highlight, with both the food and mocktails proving to be exceptionally delicious, complementing Ipoh's renowned food scene. The swimming pool was notably clean, and our spacious city-view room provided a stunning panorama. We highly recommend requesting this view. The staff's attentiveness was evident throughout our stay. They consistently greeted us warmly, adding a delightful touch to our daily experience. Room service was prompt and courteous, although we found it more efficient to request additional amenities, such as pillows and blankets, directly from the staff on our floor rather than via the often-busy phone line. One area for improvement is the parking gantry, which experienced occasional glitches, causing delays for several vehicles. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our regular hotel whenever we visit Ipoh. We like the convenient location as the hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall Ipoh Parade. The rooms are spacious and clean with adequate amenities. An in-room water filter dispenser is provided for you to refill the water jugs whenever needed. The breakfast spread provided is amazing! I particularly like the nasi lemak. This time around, supper between 11pm to 12mn was provided too. We would definitely go back to stay again.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Wifi in room totally do not exist. Have to go to the lobby for wifi. Was told that they having wifi problems. Can log in but no internet. Very basic hotel facilities. Stay here if you are taking advantage of the location.
