Check in experience was good. Friendly staff... Was great to receive a small piece of cake. When I mention that it was my sister's birthday... Room was spacious. Clean and nice with city view..... Parking has ample space at basement and outside hotel.... Easy access to shopping areas.. And eateries. Within 5 mins by car... Marble floors. Walls are something unique about this hotel... Price very reasonable for d location..

This is the place where i felt safe when i go to Ipoh. As usually the front office always excellent, no deposit because i already settle the payment before, but have to pay 2 night tourism tax cost rm6.
As enter the spacious room with king size bed, the linen was comfy and clean. Also got bath tub and rain shower. But i realise the ventilation fan not working. Lotion, syampoo and shower gel attached to the wall. No tooth brush. 2 free water bottle per day.
Got iron and iron board, the wardrobe was big. Got hair dryer and refrigerator.
I also order the room service which it cost me rm17 nett. Beef lasagna with salad, desert and free drink. Not bad.
Will come again to this hotel if i come to Ipoh.😁

Can see that there’re some upgrades here and there which is good but would suggest more monitoring on the overall rooms cleanliness and maintenance. Eg. Bathroom door that’s creaking need some WD40 spray or adjustment on the alignment. In addition, lighting in the room is too dim. There’re more to look into. Anyway, do keep up and continue with the upgrades and maintenance

The aircon in the room is not cold, I don't know if I should turn it on because it's not that cold, but the toilet is beautiful and the bathtub is nice. All the staff are friendly but parking here is really difficult if it's late at night, it's full. Unfortunately, the hotel is big but there's not much parking.
