Service is good. But the room is a bit dusty. Didnt have chance to get breakfast because tired from travelling in ipoh. Also didnt get chance for pool because of maintenance, and lift only available one. Elsewhere is ok.

Had a very unpleasant stay.we didn’t knew that the hotel is doing renovation.the pool was not accessible due to major renovation.the hotel only has 1 working lift from 3.and super loud noise of drilling and hacking can be heard from my room.it was a disaster.

The only positive part of this hotel is the hospitality of the hotel front desk and room service. Other than that, it's really been a disappointing stay for me. Very AGING hotel and room, broken lift button which u can't control the lift door to stay open while waiting for someone, breakfast quality is really the worst, no different than a mamak store quality, the cafe is so small u couldn't even walk to get to your table. Room amnesity is a joke, no laundry bag given, no slippers, central aircon control with no option to control the temperature, no central switch, only ONE power plug for the entire room. Worst hotel I have been to so far in malaysia
