2nd visit, this round the room's window faces the patio, and it is completely dark during the day. Look out the window looks scary.
Has to request the front desk not to allocate this kind of the room.

I have booked a twin room, however didn't aware it has no windows, the room was v dark and kind of scary, look out to the dark wall. The hotel was so kind and change my room to the one with normal window. Watch out when you make the booking. The hotel is kind of new, taxi driver said it was newly renovated. Room is spacious and bed is comfy and clean.

Overall room cleanliness is satisfactory and amenities are made available though some is missing. The only disappointment is the room have no view despite its at 7th floor. All windows are barricaded by walls with no lights source. Definitely is a big thumbs down for any business traveler who look forward to a pleasant city view in Ipoh.
THe next stay will need to be more specific to have a view with proper light source to tell the day and night apart.

It’s an old hotel and AC Marriot took over and refurbished. Everything was good except there are still some renovation going on. If you are allergy to new paints and renovations material please consider to stay a few months later. One more thing, the hotel adopted the European practice by providing a 24hours coffee machine at the lobby. This is a fantastic move.
