I choose to stay in this hotel whenever I travel to Ipoh mainly because of their service.
The room is clean, air conditioner is cold enough.
Location is great, there are few cafes nearby to this hotel. Aeon KintaCity just walking across the road.

There is sort of a lounge or seating area outside our rooms. There is complimentary tea, coffee, water and snacks throughout the day there. It is a very comfortable place to sit and chat. We also had our takeaway supper there. Hotel also offers one complimentary afternoon tea. Hotel is surprisingly modern, nice and clean.

A hotel with average quality and calculative style of business model. I was requested for early check in like 1pm and I was being told to pay RM20 per hour on early check in. This really seldom happened in Malaysia hotel business. I checked out the hotel the next day 8am which is 4hours before the actual check out time so the hotel should deduct RM80 back to me? If you have the room available for early check in then please allow guests to check in early and don't be so calculative. Besides the high tea was downgraded so much compared to previously. You can get this level of quality with a much lower price in Ipoh.
