It's a bit noisy because it's close to the road and the church, but the sound insulation inside the hotel is good. The overall hygiene can be rated above average. The room is a bit small, but it's enough for one person. The toilet lid in the bathroom is broken, which is inconvenient to use. The service staff is also very professional. If you use the electronic check-in machine, any other problems in the room can be solved in time.

房間很小，沒有電梯，隔音差，對面是清真寺，一天五次，早上不到6點有大喇叭，這是差的地方。好的地方，位置真不錯，從怡保火車站走過來450m，很輕鬆，出門口就到老街區，二奶巷之類打卡景點，走路去新街區也就是1km左右。怡保不大，人口不多，據本地人説他們平常也是到外面打工，過節才回來，那個時候堵車。酒店自助服務入住，沒有中文服務，不過自助機上可以選擇中文。總之怡保其實不適合沒有車的情況下長時間旅遊，一天足夠，所以這個位置酒店還是不錯的，方便出入

Many food around the area. If you are bringing heavy luggage try to request room at 1st floor becoz no lift. Room is new. Just if you are not muslim you will wake up from the prayer sound early in the morning opposite the hotel becoz of the mosque opposite hotel. Ample parking spot. Just download the parking app or can use tngo app to pay for the parking. No free parking. Check in b4 5pm becoz the self check in machine is troublesoom. wait long time to process and still need someone to pass the key room.

No water supply on the last day of our stay. Not prompt enough to settle the issue, had to go to the mosque nearby to clean ourselves. Great location but you probably need to think twice before booking this place, you don't know what you might suffer!
