The room was very clean, but the floor tiles were a bit greasy.
The location was very convenient, but it was a bit remote and there were no headlights outside the house. The door was not electric, and you had to get in and out of the car to open the door when it rained. If you don't want to bother getting in and out of the car to open the door, it is recommended to lock the car to prevent theft. Also, if you return at night, you must be careful to observe the surroundings to avoid being followed.

basic items provided..near to two big malls lotus and aeon..we didn’t explore much as we are on our way to our next stop hence stopping by ipoh was merely to relax

It’s a house that they separated into one small unit (2 doublebed) and another big unit (one with a living room that we didn’t stay) I would stay for the location but if you value privacy, i wouldn’t recommend because the two units are separated by a makeshift door where you can see the other unit through the gaps and then hear other people talk. Then sharing one parking. They didnt have clear signage (the number fell off i presumed) But service is fast and helpful! (We had issues with the wifi because the other unit turn it off)
