Everything is satisfactory. Spacious, easy parking, access to the room direct from parking since the lift at parking direct to room. No need access card.

I booked a family room for my family [ two adults~daddy and mommy] one child.
due to raya, we start to drive from 5am and get jam till 11am [heavily jam~! ] once we reach Ipoh, we see still early and dare not check in the hotel. so we have a lunch near by at the restaurant.
Around before 2pm, I asked the Front Office, is a Malay Man [Middle age] , He speaks very good English accent ~! I am so impressed~! He is very professional in handling customers, very good manners, courteous. overall, i give his service to 5 stars level.
This is my second visit to Hotel Symphony Hotel. surely i will come back to stay again.
I stayed in room 416 , i encountered wifi problem. the professional malay guy. still working during Hari Raya, but with a very great attitude of professionalism. He able to fix the wifi problem . We are very satisfied with the wifi speed. Thank you to the great professional Technician. I give 5 stars of service.

Initially room air conditioning was not cold enough, super warm even switch on for an hours due to corner room near to lift. Hence, requested to change a new room with a better air-conditioning. Yes, the hotel front desk manage to transfer a new cold room for me. Welcome tea time if possible to put in buffet style like last time. Breakie were super awesome! Starting 2025, Perak state will tax RM 3 per night, oh dear... ☺️🙏

Good. This is my 2nd time staying here. Everything was pretty good. Only thing was found some stains on the bedsheets when we checked in. Got the housekeeping to change it and their response is pretty fast too. And good view too.
