I booked 2 nights and enjoyed lot on staying here, the location is perfect just beside by the castle only walking one minute! Yoli is very warm host and give me very good idea of the visiting around details as soon as my arriving! Visited Ioaninna and King Pyrros provided everything I expected. We spent a couple of nights and had a pleasant stay. Service at the front desk was attentive and prompt. The bedroom had all basic amenities including a fridge and AC. The drainage and general condition of the bathroom could have been better but the bedroom was totally satisfactory. Municipal parking nearby. A great bakery, Mikels Coffee and 2 brilliant ice cream shops within 1 minute walk. It's a slightly longer walk to the fortress but it's certainly a scenic one.

Excellent hotel and service, especially the reception with perfect location near centre buses And very close to cafe food stuff. Suitable for all types of travellers (may be not big families or with babies). Thank you

Everything is fine

The hotel room is small and the elevator is small. There is also a gate decoration. The service is generally OK, and the mineral water is not actively provided. Breakfast is a bit monotonous, the same every day. Compared with the city and price, the price is not bad.

This lovely boutique hotel is conveniently located in the historic centre of Ioannina city. It is a stone throw away from the lake in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I spent 4 nights here and will definitely return.
