We stayed here for two nights in a lovely double room with sea view. The hotel is well maintained and well loved by its owners. The decor is lovely. We had both dinners no breakfast at the hotel and the food was excellent, with very hearty portions. Staff were all friendly. The highlight is the stunning view, and it is well worth requesting the sea view rooms. We absolutely recommend and will be back. thanks for a lovely stay.

I have been very lucky to have been to this outstanding hotel a few times and it never disappoints me. The location and the views onto the Moray Firth are stunning. The food and the service have always been amazing. I was there when their was a bit of rain which did not put me off and sat outside. I took some photos which I have attached because the gardens and the outside area was beautiful and very comfortable. I recommend this place highly and will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed here in July 2025. The hotel recently underwent a renovation. I am not sure what it was like before, but they clearly did a great job. The room was very clean, welcoming and comfortable and had all the needed amenties, plus some. It suited our need for a home base from which to explore the Highlands. The only negative was the location. It was on a sad and dreary main street without much nearby to wander around. However, it was very easy to drive into Inverness. We did not eat in the restaurant but they indoor and outdoor dining areas looked delightful. We did try the bar a few nights. It was nice but the staff were not too engaging. Would recommend this hotel as long as you understand the location.

Have been lucky enough to been to this fabulous place a few times for their food drinks and the best service in Kessock and Inverness. But I need to show you when I sat outside how wonderful the place looked even with a bit of rain. So romantic. Xxxx

Out for the Day with our Granddaughter as she had a day off school, Having been further up north and then making our way back down We stopped in pass the Kessock late afternoon for a bit of lunch. When we entered the Restaurant side we were met by two young girls in which the fair headed girl led us to our table and told us about the menu And took our drinks order Then another older lady came and took our order and She was very pleasant and helpful in getting something for our granddaughter to eat The food was delicious. So thanks to you both for assisting us at such a short notice and that we will certainly be back again for sure. 👍

During May we had Sunday lunch at the Kessock Hotel three times and thoroughly enjoyed each meal. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent - just that little bit different from the usual Sunday lunch. Very good value. Thank you.

If there was a scale higher than 10, the NKH would rate beyond a 10. The hotel has beautiful views and a cozy home feeling. The rooms are quaint and very comfortable. You have everything you need and if you don't just ask. All of the staff are extremely personable and happy to assist. It comes from the top, the Owner Darren exudes his willingness to make sure everyone is comfortable to ensure your stay is exceptional. The food is a 5 star plus! We ate there every morning for breakfast and it was superb. The dinners were more than a 5 star review. From the presentation to the taste, OUTSTANDING. Dessert and the sticky toffee pudding was out of this world. Cheers to the North Kessick, until we meet again. The Caledonia Best beer on tap, nice and smooth!
