This hotel is a highlight of this trip. I originally thought of this place as a short stop, but I didn't expect such a big surprise.
The hotel is a house hidden in the woods, facing the lake, very quiet; the hotel room facilities are comfortable and warm, and also very spacious; the breakfast is very rich, with a variety of choices; there is a parking space, which is very convenient; the hotel owner is very warm and thoughtful, and helped us book a restaurant for dinner.
It is a very suitable place for vacation, relaxation, and emptying.

I would want to highlight this b & b was lovely. My host, Stewart was warmly welcomed. His hospitality was fantastic. This unit has a great view overlooking the loch. The room, amnities, food and service was tip notch. I would highly recommend a visit. We will definitely be returning guests on our next trip to Loch Ness.

Highly recommended
Very pleasant stay. The hosts were very hospitable. It was our first time in the Highlands and the host had a lot of knowledge of the area which he kindly shared with us.
Every morning we had a lovely breakfast with a view. The rooms were modern with smart lighting and heating, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall really pleased with our choice.

Scenic, quiet, convenient location, lovely hosts.
Excellent stay. Nice location, quiet and picturesque setting. Comfortable room, lovely breakfast. Just five miles from a village with a nice restaurant. An easy drive to Inverness and Fort William. Good hiking nearby (Glen Affric). Most of all, lovely hosts.

Great welcome from Stewart,
Great welcome from Stewart, super location and views, accommodation clean comfortable and well equipped. Smashing breakfast a great all round host.
For us a small niggle and nothing related to High Marsh, but we didn't enjoy a very peaceful nights rest due noisy and inconsiderate guests in the adjacent room who clearly thought it appropriate to hold loud conversation and bumping of doors etc from 2.30am until gone 4.30am, very annoying for us and I'm sure for the hosts.
Don't let this put you off, I'm sure this was a one off, everything else at High March is great.

High house at Drumnadrochit
Stewart made us feel very welcome at High House with its beautiful view over the loch. Highly recommended.
