In the first place, I was guided to a different room than the one I had booked. As I thought about it, part of the curtains on the second floor had disappeared (on purpose?). When I asked for help, the answer was, ``I'll call you later,'' but the doorbell suddenly rang late at night and said, ``We have no choice but to pin it up as an emergency measure.'' I brought some and a chair. Also, the light in the closet remained on all night, and no matter what I tried, I couldn't turn it off, and the light leaked through the cracks, making it unbearably bright. However, considering what happened earlier, I didn't feel like asking, so I put up with it and went to bed. The trees facing the road used to be well maintained, but this time only some of them were gone, and I couldn't even go out onto the terrace. It's a shame because I was a repeat guest and loved the accommodation. We look forward to returning to our previous wonderful inn.

The customer service, the quietness of the room, and the comfort of the pajamas were all very good. They give me a parasol when I go out, and they pay for my taxi when I arrive. As I stayed for two nights, I had Western food for breakfast the second night, but the bread was not very tasty. Also, the food was delicious, but the dishes were...Also, the private bath on the 2nd floor had to be climbed up some steep stairs, and even though it said you could see Inuyama Castle, it wasn't a big deal, so I didn't think it was necessary. However, I had asked for a taxi to take me to the station on my way home, but they decided to give me a ride. When I was unloading my luggage at the station, it was dropped and the wine I had in my backpack broke. It was white wine, so it didn't stain, but the smell was so strong that I had to throw away the insulated pouch that contained the wine. The hotel did not say anything regarding this matter. Isn't it natural to say something right away? I was disappointed.

It was one of the inns I wanted to visit. My impression of Inuyama had gone downhill from the start, but I was relieved to receive a shuttle. The exterior and interior are compact yet modern and simple. The atmosphere of the front lobby was also wonderful. The view of the Kiso River was amazing. Inuyama Castle was right in front of you from the room and bath❗️ My partner especially liked it. The food was also beautiful and delicious. It was a great feeling to be in a long-established inn that had been renovated. The only disappointment was when the prohibited ingredients appeared. I had checked at check-in and was wondering what it was like⁉️⁉️Come to think of it, there was nothing there when I sat down. This is the second time this has happened at a luxury inn. Hmm, disappointing. We enjoyed the wine after the meal, and the view from the second floor terrace was spectacular, but the private bath had a great sense of openness and the view was great~~Thank you for your help m(_ _)m
