"Hotel provides a shuttle service to and fro Saigon, so it's pretty convenient. There's no supermarket or shopping malls near the hotel, so either get the all-inclusive package or bring your own food. A 500ml bottle of water is about 60,000vnd, for reference. There are a lot of activities for children, more on weekends. On weekdays, the hotel is alot quieter.
Our villa comes with a private pool and bathtub. Both are amazing, the bed was so soft as well. Service from all staff were great, from the buggy drivers to housekeeping staff, they are all amazing. Breakfast is alright, quite many options. Easy to get buggy anytime as well.
The only issue we met was that due to bad weather, our villa experienced 3 blackouts in a night. We were told to call the reception for any issues, but with the power cut off, the phone line was cut off too and we were left with no other way to get in touch with the hotel staff. We finally got through the line via trip.com hotline and staff doesn't seem to realise that there was a blackout. There was miscommunication for our check-out time as well, which resulted in us rushing to pack everything up. Would expect better from a 5-star luxury hotel, being one of the top 10 best resorts."
