"The hotel staff are very nice and very helpful in everything. The breakfast variety can fully meet the needs of balanced nutrition. The twin room we booked should be able to accommodate four people; the basic facilities are available, and there is a coin-operated washer dryer, which is very convenient. There is free parking and it is very convenient to have a car. Stayed for nearly ten days, the experience is very good, recommended, will come again."

"The location of this hotel is very good. The scenery is beautiful. It is indeed the back garden of New York. The greenery is very good. The red flowers and green leaves are very demonic. It belongs to the most upscale hotel. The service is also very warm. It is worth living."

"This stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience. By this I mean. I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins. I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready. At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”. So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah... Poor job by the room ready crew. And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help. 5 STARS for Aaliyah 1 STAR for Cleaning Crew (-0) for associate."

"I appreciated the kind reception staff upon check-in. However, our overall experience was disappointing. We had originally booked a double room suitable for a family of four. At check-in, we were unexpectedly informed that due to a system error, a double bed was no longer available, and we were instead provided with an extra bed. Unfortunately, the extra bed was uncomfortable, and the blanket was too thin, leaving us cold throughout the night. If we had traveled with two children instead of one, this arrangement would have been unacceptable. Despite this inconvenience, no compensation or discount was offered. Even more confusing was that a quick search on Trip.com still showed that the hotel offered double beds, making us question the validity of the excuse we were given. Additionally, the in-room heater did not function properly—the temperature would not rise no matter how high we set it. We reported this to the concierge, but no staff ever came, even after midnight. As a result, we spent a very cold night. There were also no slippers provided in the room. We had hoped this would be a memorable trip for good reasons, but unfortunately, the lack of proper room management and follow-up service left us very disappointed. I hope the hotel management takes immediate steps to improve their operations."

"Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 18-day road trip in the US, this one was the best. It was incredibly quiet and clean, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which was very convenient. Plus, the hotel offered a valet parking service – you just leave your keys, and when you need your car the next day, you just have to give them a three-minute heads-up. All in all, I was extremely satisfied!"

"It took less than half an hour to drive from the Bronx, and the speed was up. The surroundings are very good, very quiet and you can run in the morning. Breakfast is an ordinary American meal. The room was clean and the staff was very nice."

"It’s a lovely hotel and great location for me. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, specifically the night stand area. It was very dirty behind the nightstand and the way they have the cords hooked to an extension box …. Every time I moved in the bed one plug kept disconnecting. I also found a pair of glasses that did not belong to me. Tells me no one cleaned around that area."

"A quiet hotel in a quiet village, the rooms are relatively large and comfortable. The breakfast is rather monotonous, and the Chinese stomach can only eat some cold fruits. There is a steak house downstairs that tastes good. There is nothing else to eat nearby, and there are many choices if you drive out for ten minutes. By the way, there are no slippers in this hotel, please bring your own if you need them."
