The building is on the Indian River right across from the Kennedy Space Center's launch pads and two blocks from Titusville's common area with restaurants, shops and clubs. A large window in the living room will allow you to look out Indian River Avenue to Astronaut Memorial Park and Sandpoint Park. It’s a people (or dog) watchers paradise. Your flat is just South of Scobie Park and there are several more parks North toward the city marina.
