This coastal "Cozy Cottage" has been newly renovated and is ready to rent just prior to the July 4th Holiday weekend. It is compact and uniquely designed with a sense of aesthetic and elegance.It has all the essentials and offers exceptional views of the mountains of Acadia National Park.The cottage is just a 8 to 10 - minute walk down to Morgan Bay, very close to hiking trails, biking and swimming. Acadia National Park is about 45 minutes away. It is located on the same property as Surry Arts. Please visit our website (surryartsandevents) as we offer a dynamic and diverse performing arts season from June - October. Few rental spaces offer all of this in a ten-minute radius.The cottage offers a kitchenette with a microwave and mini refrigerator. A queen-sized bed with soft jersey cotton linens will make your stay comfortable. Pets: Dogs and cats are welcome, but you must contact me in advance so we can discuss details. Upon approval, there is an additional cleaning fee of $50 for the one pet or $80 for two pets. The fee for the first pet is included in your VRBO total. If bringing more than one pet, the additional pet fee is payable in cash at checkout. Stays longer than 7 days will need to discuss possible additional pet cleaning fees with the host. Please note that many animals live near the property and frequently walk through it (such as deer, wild turkeys, neighbors' cats, etc.) A porcupine lives under one of the barns, so we recommend keeping dogs on a leash when outside to avoid injury.
