All beds have top of the line memory foam mattresses.NOTE: There is an additional $175 fee per stay to heat the pool for guest stays if you want the pool heated. This fee is for each 5 nights stay. (additional night are prorated at $35 per night). Because of new additional price hikes in natural gas, the fee for heating the pool is $300 for each 4 nights stay between October 16th and March 31st. I do apologize for the cleaning fee. In the last year ALL cleaning companies have raised their rates considerably. This is a VERY large house to clean.
