Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. "When I first walked in it looked great and the staff was friendly and informative. Everything was okay until I went to my room. I proceeded to unpack when I found an obscene amount of ants and knats on one of my beds. I called the front office and he came up to my room bringing me all the clean bed linens and proceeded to take the infested ones away. He didn't say or do anything else he walked out leaving me standing there with clean linens in my arms. So as I started to make the bed up as I am looking for more bugs if any! I found on the upper left corner of the mattress a pretty big size dry blood on the mattress..all of this and never anything said to me about a discount or a new room or anything...I better not have any problems getting my deposit back!"

"The design is similar to the Tru hotel I have stayed in before, the lobby is spacious, with comfortable tables and chairs, beautiful Christmas trees and decorations, and 24-hour hot water and coffee supply. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably designed, and the shower had hooks for hanging clothes. The front desk was very friendly."

"1. The video is the window of the room on the 5th floor at 4 am, and the brain will make up for the sound of the high-speed heavy card in the United States and Harley whistling by at night. It is close to the exhibition hall. 3.500 There is a Korean restaurant at the meter. Many of the rooms in the United States hotels recently booked by Ctrip are on the main road, including high-speed, or the location of the floor computer room. The noise is very loud. You have to reflect this situation to the agent."

"The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was convenient, and delicious. The hotel was centrally located. Near anything you could have wanted. Staff at front counter, bar and breakfast cooks were friendly and always willing to please their guest. Would recommend staying at this hotel."

"Second time staying up here. Very nice hotel. The only negative was you could hear a door shutting not sure which one but super loud and happened on and off throughout the night and day! Also fyi there is a parking charge of $17.00. All the staff was extremely nice check in and out, cleaning attendants and especially the bartenders."

"Stayed here for the second time, because it was on Saturday, so the price is more expensive than usual, but the hotel is good, the swimming pool gym has, do not like to eat old American breakfast, go out to the hotel for a few minutes to have Chinese food, location Very good, there are shuttle buses from the airport for ten minutes. Overall recommendation."
