With sleeping space for up to 24 people, a fully stocked kitchen, a large private screen enclosed pool, a pickleball court, a game room, a dedicated work space, and being centrally located between the charming historic city of downtown Conway and the tourist area of Myrtle Beach - this home is sure to create lasting memories for you and your family.The kitchen in the main house has a 6 burner propane stove with oversized island with bar stools and is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, keurig, microwave, air fryer, crock pot, blender and pots and pans. It is open to the living room that features a 65" Roku TV. The dining room is set off of this space in a converted sunroom allowing ample lighting with a table that seats up to 12 guests and includes a wine bar cabinet. The home is equipped with a tankless hot water system so everyone will be able to take a long hot shower or soak in the bath without ever running out. There is a fully screened, enclosed pool area that is as large as some commercial size hotel pools for your enjoyment. Near the pool is also a full size pickleball court and outdoor basketball hoop for your entertainment. This property boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. There are four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in the main house. Two master bedrooms with private baths and the 3rd bathroom are located on the 1st floor with the other 2 bedrooms located upstairs.
