We directly asked to find the manager to complain and informed Ctrip customer service. Ctrip asked us to negotiate on our own first. Fortunately, my husband speaks very good English, and after arguing with reason, we successfully changed the room and upgraded it to a sea view room with a balcony. Later, the manager even wrote a letter of apology in person, which really reflects the service attitude of a top luxury hotel.
