"We had a wonderful stay at Centara Ubon. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of delicious Thai and international dishes. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Ubon. Highly recommended!"

"The accommodation is located in the city center, making it very convenient for travel. The hot shower had excellent water pressure, which was incredibly relaxing. The bathroom was spacious and came with a clean, fragrant liquid soap and shampoo dispenser. Although the air conditioner was older, it maintained a consistent coolness. The room itself was large, with ample space for guests and their luggage. There was a built-in open wardrobe, designed for easy use, which was perfect for storing belongings. A mini-bar fridge was available for drinks or snacks, typical of hotel standards. There was also a TV and plenty of power outlets, sufficient for all our needs, even allowing us to work comfortably. Coffee, tea, a water heater, and drinking water were all provided at the reception counter, accessible anytime. When hunger struck, there were several eateries just across from the hotel: Pad Thai, Pad Kra Pao, and a famous Kuay Jab noodle shop. On the corner, there was also a retro-themed fried fish ball stall worth checking out. For convenience, a large 24-hour 7-Eleven, complete with fresh coffee and affordable ready-to-eat meals, was right next door. The hotel's central location is great for getting around, and there's ample parking. They even offer bicycle rentals for guests who want to explore the local area; just inquire at the reception desk."

"It is a new and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly, and the housekeeper and security staff are all very friendly. Excellent service. Unfortunately, the only thing that was disappointing was that the parking lot didn't block out the sun. I feel sorry for my car being parked in the sun all day. When I come to Ubon Ratchathani to run errands, I hope the hotel owner will do some indoor parking."

"Came to Ubon without a plan and booked this place last minute. Didn't expect much, but the room was incredibly clean and looked great! The service was excellent for the price; in a major city like Bangkok, it would definitely cost more. The Wi-Fi was strong, and the bed was so comfortable, I felt like it was swallowing my soul! So relaxing. P.S. Originally booked for one night, but I changed my travel plans and extended my stay for another night. I'll review the breakfast separately next time, as I didn't choose the breakfast option initially."

"The room was clean and comfy. All which is necessary was there. There is a private balcony as well. Location is good with lots of restaurants, one 7-eleven and a city park close by. Overall I had a good time there. Recommended"

"The overall environment was pretty decent, and for this location, I felt the price was reasonable. However, there really isn't much around, probably because it's quite close to the border. The service here was okay, but they charged me 200 baht for early check-in. One downside of this hotel is that they don't provide complimentary toothbrushes; you have to buy them yourself."

"The hotel is a bit outside the city, but the location is excellent as it's next to a gas station and close to a 7-Eleven, so it's not too busy and quite peaceful. The room was spacious with basic amenities, and the bathroom was very large with strong water pressure. The bed was comfortable, and there was a wide sofa perfect for lounging. Behind the room, there's a seating area with a view. The hotel also has a car wash. The staff and housekeepers were lovely, friendly, and very helpful whenever we needed something. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Ubon."
