The hotel is great, cost-effective, very Southeast Asian style, the hotel reception staff is very enthusiastic, English is fluent, communication is smooth, and they actively introduced the tour itinerary and precautions to us

Clean and comfortable hotel. Although the air conditioner failed on the first night, the night staff immediately provided an electric fan for use and repaired it immediately the next morning. The room fee for the first night was refunded without saying anything 👍

JJKPThe rooms are new and very clean.
The pillows are comfortable and the mattress is soft, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The bathroom has a water heater, strong water pressure, and separate wet and dry zones.
The air conditioning is very cool. There's a TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, and coat hangers.
The housekeeping and cooking staff are polite and provide excellent service.
However, there is no security guard at night.
The breakfast is delicious and all-you-can-eat; you can order anything you like.
The swimming pool is clean, ranging from shallow to deep, and includes a children's pool.
The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The air is nice in the morning, but there are no trees for shade.
There is ample parking, both covered and uncovered.

Guest UserThe hotel we stayed in this time was incredibly remote! The Grab taxi twisted and turned into a narrow alley, and I never imagined there was a hotel hidden there. Upon arrival, I had a hard time finding the front desk; it was tucked away in a small, unassuming building.
Check-in was even more problematic. After handing my passport to the staff, he didn't even check my online reservation and simply checked us in as an on-site check-in, even asking for payment. Finally, I showed him my Ctrip confirmation in English, and he only then began processing my Ctrip booking. This process was incredibly irregular, and I hope they can improve.
The hotel's exterior is a real plus, embodying a rich Sukhothai historical atmosphere. It's relaxing and relaxing, and strolling through it was a delight. However, the room amenities were a complete disappointment. Each bed was fitted with a mosquito net, reflecting the prevalence of mosquitoes, but the nets kept falling apart and had holes in them. Even with the ”protection” of the nets, I woke up the next day covered in insect bites, which severely impacted my sleep quality.
Upon arrival, I was too tired to go out, so I ate at the hotel restaurant. I ordered Sukhothai rice noodles, which were surprisingly sweet, but it was a taste of local flavor. Breakfast was also unique: it wasn't a buffet, but rather an à la carte menu. Upon arrival, I was given a small card and ordered the bacon combo, but ended up receiving two meals. One was the standard breakfast, which included fruit, juice, coffee, and toast butter. It wasn't on the menu, so it seemed like a default combination. The other was the bacon combo I ordered, and it was so filling that I almost stuffed myself.
This stay was a mixed experience. The exterior and the special meals were pleasant, but the chaotic check-in process and the poor room amenities were disappointing. I hope the hotel can address these shortcomings and improve the overall experience!

Pleasant stay at an old style wooden house, with a kind owner who will try to accommodate you. If you’re sensitive with the slightest sound then this is not suitable for you. Simple breakfast is provided every morning to start your day off. The place also provides free bicycle rental to roam around the Old City. Just a stone throw away from 7-eleven (with ATMs) and the daily night market surrounding the lake where you can have picnic dinner by it.
If you’re coming using Wintour Bus, it will drop you off less than a 100m from this stay (provided that your end destination is the Old City Sukhothai, as the Sukhothai Bus Terminal is located in the new city) & you can also buy tickets there to go to your next destination. There are also other bus companies’ kiosks / stores along the street that you can check them out.

The room was clean and there was fan inside (no aircon). But it still wasn't fresh enough inside a room. It was too hot even with opened window. Bedsheet was clean as well but it was cheap made from polyester. Mattress was tough. They also offer a normal blanket (not just the second linen) and towel (also made from polyester). It was quiet in the room.
As for bath and toilet it was kind of local one but it was also clean. There was kind of hot water (but it wasn't necessary because everywhere inside and outside was too hot), no any shampoo/shower gel but there was soup and toilet paper.
There was no any kettle in the room. Every time you need a hot drinking water you have to go to reception desk to have it. Internet connection was too much unstable and speed was too slow. I just almost had no possibility to use it.
Located in 5 mins walking distance from bus terminal and has an option for bike/motorbike rental.
The staff was accomodating and friendly.

This standard hotel offers a decent value for a private room and private parking, especially if you're traveling by car or motorcycle. However, be prepared for a bit of a workout if you're assigned a room on the third floor, as there's no elevator. The location can feel a bit isolated, particularly if you don't have your own transportation. Despite these minor drawbacks, the friendly and helpful staff make the stay more pleasant. If you're just passing through and need a budget-friendly place to stay with parking, this hotel is a solid choice.

Toon was an excellent launching point for exploring the Sukhothai temples, as the guesthouse is located right in front of the main entrance to the historical park. In addition to this, both bike and golf cart rental options are available at adjacent shops. In terms of service, it's pretty good - the owner lives in one of the rooms and is usually on-site, though they do disappear now and then to live their life. Check-in and check-out both rely on trust; when the owner is out they make arrangements so check-in can be done without them. In terms of amenities, the room had a good amount of space and soap, toilet paper, and a desk were included, as well as two bottles of water (but these were not refreshed on subsequent days). The facility also offers a free toast (bread/jam available) and coffee/hot chocolate breakfast in the morning to get some cheap calories in before your day exploring. Rooms don't contain a fridge, but there is one located in the main area of the second floor (though this wasn't mentioned when checking in to my first floor room, I found it myself later). Shower pressure/heat was pretty good, and AC proved sufficient once it got going, despite the apparent age of the unit. The bed was firm, but not hard, and corridor noise was pretty low. Overall, I'd say Toon is EXCELLENT value for visiting Sukhothai's old town, and a much better spot to start from than anything in the new town unless you really think you're going to want to do much of anything in the late evening after a full day of exploring temples!
