Очень приятный отель, чисто. Нам дали хороший номер на 4 этаже (они на этом этаже отремонтированы). Сервис на уровне; завтраки очень хорошие - сырники и блинчики невероятно вкусные! Вид на реку очень красивый. Рекомендую этот отель и вернемся еще)

Let me talk about the location first: The hotel is conveniently located, compared to Marriott, it is more convenient to go to the Snow Mountain: go left and go straight to the main road to the cableway connection station; there is a bus station across the road from the connection station, such as taking the mini-train, to Transfer to the bus at the ROZA station (terminal station) and get off at the opposite bus stop (about 3 stops, but there will be 1-2 stops in the middle to greet the station, if there are passengers boarding, increase the number of stops). In front of the hotel is a small children's playground: slides, swings, and young dolls play 2 hours a day without stopping. Talk about the room, the room facilities are basically complete, the toothbrush and toothpaste need to be brought to the room after being brought out, and other basically have (slippers in the large wardrobe). Breakfast at the hotel is rich and delicious: hot oatmeal, hot tea, hot coffee, not afraid of Chinese stomach uncomfortable. Courtyard can share Marriott's swimming pool and fitness center (7-8min walk between the two hotels), just show the room card to Marriott (although we did not use the doll, but it was good to listen to the front desk introduction). You can contact the front desk in advance for airport shuttle (or Heisei gate), and the fare can be paid directly to the front desk. Room service, cost-effective, first order now, delivered within half an hour. Talk about the resort, complete facilities: turn left when you go to the commercial street, all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets; dining, small shopping can be satisfied. By the way, the extra expenses here are not used to bookkeeping, but are settled one by one (shuttle bus, cable car tickets, room service, etc. are settled on the spot). Talking about inadequacy, I returned home on the first day, and the room was not cleaned. Fortunately, I met a room attendant early the next morning and reminded them to clean, otherwise the accumulated garbage in 2 days should be covered with trash. All subsequent cleanings were normal. Overall it is recommended to stay. P.S. The ski season in the past two years The front desk said it started around December 15. We are early this time, so we can only go to the top of the mountain to see the snow. It is ~~ the only regret ~~

All new, well equipped room. Very good plumber! Booked a newlywed room. The room was expected to be complimented in the form of fruit and wish note! The hotel has excellent breakfasts! And fresh fruit/ vegetables for a couple. In the area of the respiratory is very pleasant and attentive girls!!! And excellent location! I would love to return again!

Those walking through the corridors and stairs, especially in ski shoes, are well heard, although this is forbidden and indicated. The room itself is spacious, easy to fit a snowboard cheque on the floor and even a bicycle) That is, all you need for short-term stay. Bed large, mattress even more or less, but already sold in places. Of the downsides: smells of carpet with a tuchet, socks or something like that. Make cleaning the floor cover! Restaurant on the ground floor with twisted reviews do not visit, I do not recommend. Around many other beautiful institutions worthy of your attention.

Две объединены в одну. Шов по центру. Забудьте про обнимашки перед сном! Белье очень неприятное тактильно. Как будто выбрали самое дешовое + будто ему уже много лет.  ＞ Сан узел неуютный, холодный, с холодным светом. Выходишь из душа и попадаешь в заморозку, при этом в комнате пекло если включили батареи. ＞ Комнаты очень сухие, хотелось постоянно наносить крем для рук и капать в глаза увлажняющие капли.

Все было отлично! Единственное что, с шумоизоляции практически нет. Слышно было абсолютно все что происходило в соседнем номере. 😂 В остальном все прекрасно!!!!

Отель понравился! Чистота. Постельное белье идеально чистое, белое, хорошего качества. Завтрак в ресторане по типу шведский стол, вполне приличный, выбор большой. В день рождения мужа поздравили: подарили подарок: набор ”чай и мед (каштановый, акациевый, липовый) ”. Месторасположение шикарное, примерно в 200 м от подъемников на Лауру и Газпром. Аутентичность, интересное оформление . Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный. Буду рекомендовать друзьям сюда приезжать! И сами с удовольствием приедем вновь!

До пятизвездочного отеля ему пока далеко. Но Персонал очень старается, вежливые, быстро решают все проблемы и вопросы. Спасибо администраторам Артуру и Зарине за доброжелательность и профессионализм. Из плюсов отеля: вкусный завтрак шведский стол, хороший бассейн и открытый и закрытый. Уютная территория, гладильная доска и утюг в номере. Красивое лобби. Есть сейф и кофе-машина в номере - это конечно плюс. Есть халаты в номере и при необходимости их меняют. Минусы: номера маленькие, нет стандартных номеров с двумя кроватями, только улучшенные. Все стандартные только с двуспальной кроватью. Спать на раскладном кресле за 8000 рублей за сутки - ну такое. Маленькая ванная комната - как шкаф. Был запах из канализации. Номер неуютный, вид окно в окно к соседям. Мебель дешевая, это видно. Лежаков у бассейнов намного меньше, чем желающих на них полежать. Парные в «спа-центре» маленькие, но чистые. Дверь в женском туалете в спа полупрозрачная, это конечно интересное решение😂 В целом неплохой маленький отель. Но не пятерка.
