"The rooms are comfortable; staff is friendly and helpful. On request, I was allocated a room with a view of the main Boulevard Gulberg. Breakfast was good and staff there is also friendly. It used to be possible to park my car in the basement and get into the lift and go straight to the floor of my room. This has been discontinued because of security reasons which is understandable. Good range of food from their restaurant delivered to your room; prices are reasonable, the taste is authentic. I am a happy customer overall."

Breakfast offered a typical Lahori spread with a variety of food options, which was nice. If you have booked in advance, be prepared to pay some taxes at the reception. Additionally, you'll need to deposit a certain amount as a security hold, which will be refunded at checkout. I found this a bit unusual. Overall, I believe the hotel is slightly overpriced, considering the quality of service and facilities provided."

Very good, very convenient. The boss drove to pick me up after I got off the plane. It took only ten minutes from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is a villa, very new. There are armed policemen at the door for security. There are Chinese supermarkets, local chain supermarkets, and KFC not far away when you go shopping!!! Very satisfied.

"As far as I understand, this is a normal hotel for Lahore, rubber slippers, a strange shower next to the toilet, cold marble floors. A big plus, it was close to the expo. The staff was very responsive. Thanks to them. Even the scrambled eggs for breakfast were spicy. Well, this is Pakistan. At first the room was terrible, but then they changed it. Thanks for that too."

Overkill on security which is just a formality, but great if you get a kick out of staying at an extra ”secure” hotel with people kissing your ass. Also good for leg day because it takes about 10 minutes to get to your room due to stupid amounts of security and how big the place is.
Hotel rooms outdated, there are much better options for literally half the price. I just booked to see what the fuss was about (and this is coming from someone who regualrly stays ar 4/5 star hotels all around the world)
Reception staff also need to be more approachable, personality dead as a wooden top
Its a good place to stay if you want the illusion of being wealthy or having prestige. If you already have that, you wont like it.

After we checked into this hotel, they did not allow us to go out unless we rented a bulletproof car, which is now very expensive. And even with a bulletproof car, we were not allowed to visit tourist attractions, so our good summer vacation was ruined. …..We had no choice but to buy tickets from Lahore to return home. Ended the trip early. …..The hotel provides free buses to the airport….Speechless😓ing 撒油那拉Pakistan

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, conveniently close to Lahore Airport, and the premises felt very secure with several security checks before reaching the lobby. I was warmly greeted by a hotel representative who picked me up and took me to the hotel. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The staff across all areas, including the reception and restaurant, were very respectful and helpful. I want to especially mention Muhammad Arslan, who stood out for his attentiveness and dedication to serving all guests with the utmost care.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the prayer hall is located in an awkward and unclean area. I noticed a family struggling to find a suitable place to pray, and the staff was not even aware of the Qibla direction. They ended up praying in the executive room, which was not ideal. Secondly, the café and restaurant lacked alternatives like almond or soy milk, which is important for guests with allergies. Some in-room amenities, like the dental kit, were missing at check-in and appears the second day after the room makeup. The swimming pool ladder felt weak and was not deep enough, which could be a safety concern. Additionally, the iron in the room was dirty, broken, and leaking water, which made it difficult to use.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay but hope these points will be addressed to enhance the guest experience further.

During the period, a kettle was broken and repaired in time. It's comfortable to drink some hot water.

GGuest UserThe rooms are nice. Wooden flooring. Housekeeping staff is friendly and took particular of my room as I am very finicky about cleanliness and do no want even a speck of hair around. The understood my needs and cleaned the room thoroughly. Reception staff are ok. Had a few issues in the beginning but then were sorted. Mr.Bilal was helpful and nice from the front office. The restaurant La Messa breakfast needs revamping. Staff are very slow and needed to be reminded about things many times. They need to pay more attention to cleanliness and ensure replenishment of food done. The GRM Mrs Khalida was great. She tries very hard to make things better and takes feedback proactively. She was always on the move and helpful. I would like to thank her. Please also commend the housekeeping staff on the 2nd floor who looked after my room. They were awesome. I forgot their names but they were always on the 2nd floor in the day time. Look forward to my next visit to this hotel in a week's time.
