"The hotel is located very far from the city, about an hour's drive away. Getting to shops, cafes, or even just the beach is difficult if you don't have your own transport.
We were hoping for a hotel shuttle, but they told us it was a 1.5-hour walk to the beach 😆
There's absolutely nothing around – no cafes, no shops, no currency exchange – everything is back in Coron Town.
The hotel's beach isn't great either; you constantly have to go somewhere else, and without transport, you'd have to walk.
The kitchen service is incredibly slow; we waited 1.5 hours for chicken and rice, and cocktails took a long time too. Everyone moves at a snail's pace. Overall, the food is mediocre, but you have no choice but to eat at the hotel.
If all of this suits you, and you're looking for a quiet place in the jungle, then this place might be for you.
The staff are quite pleasant and try their best."
