"The location was a bit further than I expected. It took me about 10 minutes of walking from the nearest tram station, but my luggage were not too heavy so it's not a big problem to me. The price was also affordable and reasonable among most of the hotels I found in Amsterdam. Although it is a little far from central Amsterdam, it's not too complicated to go there using public transport, as you only need to get on one tram and one metro. The room was quite small, but the bed was super large for 2 people, and everything was so clean. I also received good service there even though it was a bit late (11.30pm)."

"Although the hotel is about 40 minutes from the city center, it’s still very convenient thanks to the tram stop right outside and a nearby train station, making it easy to explore other areas as well. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel even offers a free sauna – a really nice bonus! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was very satisfied and felt this hotel offered great value for money."

"The aparthotel is very nice. However, I need to share my disappointment to the hotel reception for being very rude upon checking out. I supposed to check out at 11AM, the staff knock my door around 10.30AM, I told him I am sorry but can you give half an hour to check out as I just finished my meetings online. He said yes no problem. Another 20 mins, a lady knocked on my door with a very rude attitude. She asked me to get out now. Like now. I told her give me 5 mins I am almost done packing. She said now, you gotta come out now. I rushed myself and went to the reception to check out and apparently she’s the reception . This is very rude and never had I experienced something like this from a hotel"

"The apartment is conveniently located near the tram stop. From the airport, take the 300 bus, then transfer to tram line 25. Once you get off, look for 'IBS' and head in that direction; the apartment is just past it. It's a quiet, hotel-style apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The environment is very peaceful, and we even had seagulls visiting our windowsill in the morning! Transportation is excellent, with easy connections via tram line 25. The hotel charged a 9.5 Euro fee upon arrival."

"I stayed at ibis Budget Amsterdam City South for one night during my visit to Amsterdam, and overall it was a good choice for anyone looking to keep accommodation costs down in what can be a very expensive city. The main reason I chose this hotel was the price. Compared with many hotels in central Amsterdam, it offered much better value, making it an attractive option for a short stay. While it is located a little way outside the city centre, I found this wasn't really a problem thanks to the excellent transport connections. The hotel is situated right next to Kronenburg tram stop, making it very easy to travel into central Amsterdam. Public transport was straightforward and reliable, so despite not staying in the heart of the city, getting around was simple and stress-free. My room was basic, which is exactly what you would expect from an ibis Budget property. It wasn't luxurious, but it was clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Since I was mainly out exploring the city, I didn't need anything more elaborate. I would recommend ibis Budget Amsterdam City South to travellers who prioritise value over location. If you're happy to stay slightly outside the centre and use public transport, you can save a considerable amount of money while still enjoying easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. For a one-night stay, it provided exactly what I needed at a reasonable price."

"We were greeted and shown to our room. The room had two single beds and excellent mattresses. The bathroom was clearly quite new, and the push-button rain showerhead was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and good coffee. Excellent service and friendly staff. The location is excellent with ample parking right outside. Highly recommended!"

"The room is very spacious. We booked a standard room with twin beds, and it's no problem to add an extra bed temporarily. The front desk service is very good and the breakfast is rich in variety. When you go out and turn right on the main road, there is a bus to the airport. It is very convenient and you can see the local scenery along the way."

"The hotel is 7 min walk to tram station and 50 min to Central.  The best part of the hotel was free parking and had a charging point.  The hotel rooms were spacious and super clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.  Smooth check in process"

"Really nice hotel, in a quiet environment. Good for someone who is ok with walking a little bit to get public transport. Rooms are ok, staff - really nice. Can't be better for the hotel itself. Nice bar inside the Radisson, but with a really rude man, that destroyed our evening, and forced us to not turn back in Keuken never again, even cocktails were really nice. The tables should also be clean better/often as lots of rest of food/drinks were almost everywhere."

"Hotel environment and health is good, service is OK, location is OK, 15 minutes to the subway station, 6-10 minutes to the bus station, very good. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple, there are not many choices, but the coffee here is now made, now, if there is next time, will come again"
