"We were pleased to stay in Moxy. It’s super clean and the room interior is beautiful, well thought and feels fresh. It’s close to a huge shopping mall which we liked more than those in the KL city centre because it’s not overcrowded. Lots of different restaurants and cafes brings a good food selection. Awesome view from the pool in the evening, and amazing view of the golf course from the room. The overall atmosphere is playful and relaxed, so different from standard boring hotels."

"It is one of our favorite hotels in Putrajaya. There was a huge crowd waiting for check in and waited 3 hours just to get a room from 3pm till 6pm, the most unfortunate thing over Malaysia Day. But it was compensated right away by allowing late check out until 3pm, which was super great 👌. Thank you, Palm Garden reception, they managed the crowd patiently, well done !"

"We chose to stay at Putrajaya Marriot as we had a splendid experience last year. However this year we were disappointed when we found a letter informing about the kids water play has been partially closed. Hence we plan to schedule our swim day on 1st Dec before checkout. And guess what, we were given another rude shock when we found out the whole waterplay area will be closed 1-4december. We only know about the closure upon reaching the swimming pool site. We were not informed of the upgrading works prior to our arrival even though hotel send us a welcoming email in mid Nov. We made a booking on trip.com very early and we could’ve picked another hotel to stay if we knew about the upgrading works. Another issue that cropped up was that the hotel was fully booked due to corporate event. During one of the morning breakfast time, we came down quite early but it was quite packed due to the attendees from an institution. The crowd management was terrible and many of the hotel guests/ tourist who were queuing behind us, found a way to sneak in and find their own table in the zest restaurant. We followed the procedure patiently, only to be given a seating furthest away from zest restaurant - at lounge, sandwiched together with the corporate event attendees. With two young kids in tow, we declined the seats and requested for somewhere in the restaurant as we were worried for our kids safety if we were to leave them unattended in the sea of people. But the manager declined citing the tables inside for others. Meanwhile, queue cutters just went in and get their own seating ☹️"

"I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien. The service was superb, and I would especially like to commend Maq Rozi and Syahmi Afif for their warmth and patience. Their gentle assistance made my “solo trip” with two young children smooth and stress-free. Maq Rozi just makes everything happen - he's amazing. And Syahmi Afif even walked out to wave us goodbye when we've boarded the shuttle bus to the airport. And to all the other staff whose names I did not manage to catch, working on 6 - 8 October 2025, you're amazing! The breakfast spread deserves special mention — a huge range, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The Kids Club was a great help, and it was clean! I've been to hotel kids clubs that are not sanitary but not at Le Meridien! The team there showed genuine care - a standout moment for me was when I learned about the hotel’s KLIA shuttle service from a parent I met at the Kids Club after checking out; I called the concierge from the Kids Club to check the schedule, and instead of just giving me the time, the staff came up personally to escort my children and I to the lobby when it was time to leave. That level of attentiveness is something rare and deeply appreciated. In addition to that, the pool is nice - the children loved it, needless to say. Overall, the hospitality, thoughtfulness, and service excellence here are exceptional. I’ve already booked my next stay at the end of the year."
