"I’ve stayed here many times over the years, and this trip was the most disappointing. They seems to have cut costs by deleting things from in-room amenities and the worst bit is they smell from the linen; bedsheets, pillows and towels. Even after I requested for replacements, the new ones are equally smelly. And don’t get me started with the gym: no attendant, no towels, smelly carpeting and equipment. Overall, maintenance is poor. Please improve the customer experience or risk losing them."
