"The hotel is very retro, it is only ten minutes by taxi from the town of Guanajuato, about 10 yuan for the fare, which is very convenient. The room was large and the breakfast was very delicious, especially the bread 🥯 was especially delicious 😋. During the stay, I also encountered an old car club activity. Everything is beautiful. There is a restaurant in the center of Guanajuato town that is also very recommended, and Chinese food and dinner are solved here. The price is beautiful and the taste is superb and the environment is elegant. The name is Casavaladez, just beside the Peace Garden."

"The environment is really good, the cable station is out, and staying at this hotel, you can take the cable car unlimited times, want to see Guanajuato sunrise sunset late evening is very convenient here, although the waiter can speak Spanish but there is translation software can clearly tell us some notes The intention matters, the facilities are relatively simple, and the price/performance ratio for two people will be higher. One person is slightly more expensive.
But something terrible happened when I checked in. At about half past five in the morning someone opened my door with a key. Fortunately, I woke up, otherwise the consequences would have been unimaginable.

"The location is great, one step away from the attraction cathedral. The room is very large and seems like a suite. Clean and beautiful. There is a microwave. The big bed can sleep 3 people. The bath water is big and hot. The disadvantage is that the layout of the old house is not reasonable, the space is wasted, the bathroom is small, and there is no lamp on the table, which is not convenient for reading. Breakfast is very simple."

"Hotel service was very good, helped us book a bus to Mexico City, very patient. The hotel's breakfast was eaten opposite and very rich. The room was very clean and the overall stay was good."

"The location of the hotel is very convenient on the side of the Union Garden, next to the Juarez Theatre, most of which can be reached within 5 or 6 minutes on foot. The hotel service was very warm, and the hotel also presented a cake as it coincided with the anniversary. The room size is not too big, and the window is Union Square. In the night, Guanajuato is still relatively cool. The hot air of the hotel air conditioner is not very strong, and it can barely ensure that the room temperature does not drop. As it was about to leave at around 9:00, the hotel started at 9am, so the hotel prepared a breakfast basket, but unfortunately it was too simple, including only an apple, a glass of juice and a biscuit."

"The environment is very good, the exterior decoration of the hotel is good, and there is a swimming pool. But the interior of the room is more general, especially the bathroom is particularly bad for bathing, the water flow is very scattered and flushing, and the shampoo is extremely inconvenient. The hotel is located on the mountainside of Guanajuato and then go up a little more. If you have good physical strength, you can go back and forth to the city center for 20 minutes. The service is also good and you can store your luggage."

ZZhishang我們一家三口都是成人就定了這個小型套房，因房型的原因，在一樓。二樓風景更好但是不符合我們的要求，酒店地處瓜納華託最中心地帶，剛到的那天就有遊行隊伍經過門前。酒店隔音設施很好，所以地處鬧市也不用擔心影響睡眠。而且層高非常高，頂樓有露天酒吧，給了我們優惠券，晚上去喝了香檳。露天酒吧可以看到皮皮拉雕像，也就是最高的那座山。酒店的中庭空間很大很有設計感，可以坐着休閑。早餐是點餐服務，很好吃。

LLei Huang3I had an excellent stay at Quinta Mercedes! Alan, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I arrived quite late, but he kindly kept the room ready for me and thoughtfully asked if I needed anything. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The location is also very convenient, just a short distance from the city center. What truly amazed me was that the price was half of what other places charge, offering incredible value for money. On top of that, Alan even helped me arrange a taxi when I left the next morning. This is not just a great hotel but also run by an incredibly kind and attentive person. Highly recommended!

It's very lively at night, the sound insulation of the room is mediocre, you can clearly hear the noisy sounds from outside in the room, my boyfriend thinks it's a bit noisy, but I still like to listen to this lively and happy atmosphere occasionally. The hotel has a lift, but our room was only accessible by stairs, which is not very convenient if you have a heavy suitcase. There are some chairs at the door of our room, and several employees sit and chat on them. We can hear their voices clearly in the room, and I'm not sure if they can also hear our conversations in the room. And they chatted there again early the next morning, and I was woken up by their chatter. I hope the hotel can tell them not to chat at the door of the room where guests are staying.

The location is good, the hotel door is facing the side door of the cathedral, beside the Peace Square, between the Notre Dame Cathedral and the University of Guanajuato, there are many attractions within walking distance. What's more valuable is that it is a street away from United Garden, where the nightlife is full of restaurants, and it is not noisy, except for the church bells, and there is no noise at night. The room is not big, the table is small, the facilities are complete, hot water is sufficient, WIFI is stable (this is a plus in Mexico). There is a rooftop on the top floor where you can see the night view. The waiters are very good, and the general English is not fluent. Please prepare translation software. One of the disadvantages is that there is no elevator, and the waiter should give tips to help carry luggage. Second, breakfast is not good. There is no hot dishes or meat for 145 pesos per person. It is recommended to eat out. There are many choices around. All things considered, it is highly recommended.
