"I really enjoyed my stay here. Betty was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and communicative throughout, which made everything easy from check-in onwards. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay in Skopje. It's not a luxury or glamorous hotel, but that's part of its charm. It has a relaxed, authentic feel and offers great value for money. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around Skopje and explore the city on foot or by public transport."

"My husband and I stayed at this cozy hotel for New Year's. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and it was very clean. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the New Year's celebrations. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel's central location is ideal. All the city's attractions are within walking distance. We were very pleased. We plan to stay at this hotel again in the future. I highly recommend it!"

"Very helpful and welcoming staff, even at breakfast. Very well located. I didn't like the room I chose at all. It was the spa room. With a whirlpool tub. The bathroom was closed and had no window, so it smelled of mold. The toilet was tiny and stuck to the shower glass, making it very uncomfortable. The room had a column in the middle, making it very uncomfortable, and the bed was awful. The blanket was 1.5 inches thick for a double bed. I therefore recommend booking other room types, which seem much nicer."

"Title: Unbeatable location, but standard has drastically dropped – Won't be back Having been a loyal customer for 10 years, it is disappointing to say I won't be returning. While the location is unbeatable, the breakfast is nice, and the pool area is clean (though very slippery), the overall standard has fallen significantly. The staff remain a highlight. The young Macedonian gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly friendly, and the lady in the Club Lounge—who spoke fluent English, Macedonian, and French—provided great service. Unfortunately, the rooms are run-down, desperately need renovation, and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The Club Lounge was highly disappointing. Beware that even if you pay for access, you can be locked out if they book a private function. When open, the lounge is basic and the food was terrible—we were served raw steak and overcooked chicken. The choice of two wines and beers was adequate, but the food quality ruins it. It is a shame to walk away after a decade, but the lack of comfort and poor food quality means I will look elsewhere next time."

"staying nights on a ship on a dried up river in the middle of Skopje city was a great experience. Though the room was ”compact”, it had all the expected amenities & everything worked fine. Having our meals on the deck was very pleasant indeed, especially in the early autumn evenings. And prices were very reasonable, with a 10% discount for hotel guests. Service by all the staff was impeccable! Unfortunately, not everything was perfect. The floorboards just outside our bathroom creaked (& bent) noticeably, possibly due to poor bath water draining that overtime had leaked into the wooden floorboards under the carpet, causing them to deteriorate over time. This needs to be fixed asap. Hotel guests checking in face a long walk from the taxi dropoff location at the bridge about 200m away. This long walk is a challenge for senior travellers with big bags & taxi drivers are unwilling to help due to the risk of getting a ticket. For checking out, hotel staff assistance cannot be committed due to staff shortage."

Çok hoş ve temiz bir yer. Biz araç kiraladığımız için konumu çok iyiydi. Merkeze 5 dk içinde ulaştık. İçeride ihtiyaç olan hemen hemen her şey var. Bardak, tencere,kaşık, çatal, kettle, ocak ve mikrodalga. Teşekkür ederiz :)
