"It was very lovely designed room. The pink room was looking almost same in picture and the room temperature was very warm from the enterance. The room was clean overall but there was a cockroach appeared during our stay. The amenities was reasonable and not a bad quality. "The location was great, and the view from the room was truly satisfying. Since the building is brand new, everything was clean and the facilities were well-maintained. I booked a special offer, so the price was very low, which initially made me a little skeptical, but after staying for one night, I regretted not booking for two.
The only downside was the parking. There were spaces available in the underground parking lot when I checked in, but when I returned after dinner, it was full, so I had to park on the roadside. It seems there isn't enough parking space compared to the number of rooms, so I hope this aspect will be improved.
Other than that, the staff were all friendly, and overall, it was a very satisfying stay. It is a place I would like to stay at again."

"Hotel is self check-in (no staff onsite), you’ll receive a message from the hotel on the luggage storage password (24 hrs access - no assigned locker, just a room), and your room number and password. Ignore the self checkin kiosk at the lift lobby, you can go straight to your room with the password (but early checkin results in extra $). There is a wonderful sea view cafe called Hajodae Coffee, right at the next building. The Naksansa temple is also within walking distance (dont follow Naver Map, just walk towards Naksan Beach Hotel - you can see a lot of people walking up the steep road up the hotel). Food was unfortunately meant for groups, so solo travellers might need to make do with whatever you can find (convenience stores were available everywhere). There is a coin karaoke at Level 2 of the hotel building, have fun. Just felt a bit cheated when the bed actually back faces the sea, you cant see anything from the bed 😂. On the side, the tiles in the balcony seemed really dangerous, like they were going to explode. Loved that you can take the bus 9-1 from Yangyang Passenger Terminal (if you come from Gangneung Intercity Bus Terminal). It runs surprisingly quite frequent, about 10mins."

We had an amazing stay at the Family Studio. Service was great - we faced some delays and arrived much later than the usual check-in time, but the owners waited for us until we arrived and helped us with our luggage. The camping cars are located within walking distance of the beach, which is super convenient. They also provide charcoal and other equipment if you would like to have a bbq at night.
The only downsides are that it may be slightly difficult to find the location of the accommodation (especially if you're travelling there at night) and that the only way to contact the owners on short notice is via their Korean phone number (and communication in Korean), which might be difficult for foreigners.
Otherwise, we had a really good stay!

The owner is kind and friendly. Room is clean and provided with all kinds of amenities. Location is closed to the beach and there is a seafood market just about 10 minutes walk from the pension. If you want pork or veggies for bbq, the supermarket is about 3km away.

The room is fully equipped and decorated with milk and white kitchen utensils. There is everything in the underground laundry room and the drying rack. The details are super perfect. You can see the beach in the trees in the room. The road is open to the country road and then uphill. Very good.

A very cosy room for 2 persons. Conplete with cooking stove, big fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, laundry rack and a small dining table for 2. The wardrobe is spacious . Personal amenities can be purchased at the vending machine at the ground floor.
There is a 24-hour GS25 convenient store at the ground level. There is a modern cafe at the ground level.
The most accessible mode of transport is taxi.
Nearest attraction is the Yangyang Traditional Market. There are several quaint cafes, bakeries and a Daiso in the vicinity.

Guest UserIt's a great location, right on the beach, near the village on the right side of Jukdo Beach.
It's a JD Launzi building, but it's structured so that three different operators operate the hotel, each under their own name. You have to self-check in at the lobby and check out again when you leave. I was a bit confused at first, but it's actually quite convenient.
It's a new building, clean, and has a great ocean view. It's small, but there's also a kitchen, so I had a great time.

You can assume that you cannot park in the underground parking lot unless you arrive early in the morning
There are 2 electric vehicle charging facilities and a slow charger
There are 4 rapid chargers (equipped) in the outdoor public parking lot
If you go after 6 o'clock, it is difficult to park in this parking lot as well
There are 2 elevators that go up to the 20th floor, so it feels a little burdensome
The accommodation is very clean, but cooking is not allowed in the accommodation, so there are no dishes or microwaves (only cups and an electric kettle)
The refrigerator was spacious.

The hotel has a great location right in front of Naksan Beach (a great beach - lots of white sand). There are restaurants and supermarkets close by and it is a quick taxi ride to the Yangyang airport and Yangyang bus depot.
Staff are efficient and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel seems to have been newly renovated and the rooms, passages and common areas are newly carpeted and newly painted. There is a small gym and laundry room available for use.
Most guests seemed to stay only one night which seemed strange, given the great location. The only thing that could be improved upon is some basic facilities in the room. There is no cupboard (although there is enough space for one), only one chair (and its fairly uncomfortable at that) and no furniture on the balcony - we really wanted to sit on the balcony and look at the sea in the evenings, but there is nothing to sit on.
At the time that we stayed there (October 2024) there was quite a bit of construction noise as there are hotels being built on either side of the Naksan (although this is not the fault of the hotel itself).

Good access location when traveling by car from Seoul.
Thank you for not paying extra people (children) and for the quilt.
The facilities are a bit old, so there are damaged places (beds), and the water supply and bathtub are not in good condition. The air conditioner is not full, but it will be cool if you wait a little.
It has an overwhelming advantage of covering all the downsides.
The sunrise from a high location (the hotel is a bit on the hill and assigned to the 5th floor) will be remembered for a long time.

There is a hot spring in the Wuse Scenic Area which is quite good, but there are not many pools and it is a bit like a big bathhouse... Although the facilities are a bit old, they are still acceptable.
