"The location is a bit far from the city center, so it's relatively quiet. It's right by Marina Bay, which is great for enjoying the breeze and the views, though it can get quite windy. Our room was cleaned daily, and it was well-equipped with amenities like disposable toothbrushes, toiletries, slippers, a safe, bottled water, a kettle, cups, tea bags, and a drying rack. We booked a family room for two, but it still felt small. Plus, our assigned room didn't face Marina Bay, so we didn't get any sea views, and there was no Wi-Fi – we had to 'borrow' from the neighboring room's network (luckily, hotel Wi-Fi usually doesn't require a password), probably because it was a special offer room. The shuttle service deserves a thumbs up; it got us to the airport quickly, and the driver even helped with our luggage. Some staff members spoke Chinese, and English communication was also fine, so there were no language barrier issues."

"The hotel is located near a large outlet mall, but other than that, the area isn't very lively; it's more like an industrial zone. Its main advantage is its proximity to the convention center. Most of the guests are tour groups from India and Indonesia, and the smell of spices is incredibly strong – a real olfactory test in the elevators and restaurant! The hotel room itself was alright, but the bathroom outlet was broken. Not only was the cover falling off, but the hairdryer wouldn't stay plugged in unless you bent over and held it directly in front of the outlet. Everything else was acceptable, I suppose."

"I stayed here for a conference two years ago, and the prices have gone up a bit since then. The room size is decent, and the facilities are average, but the bed is quite comfortable. You need to double-check that the door is locked every time you enter or leave. I felt the breakfast had improved compared to my last visit. Two years ago, there was a staff member at the front desk who spoke Chinese, but they've since left. However, the service attitude of the other staff members is excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants (like soup noodle places), and is also close to the metro station."

"I stayed one week and was really impressed! The hotel is modern, quiet, and very clean, perfect if you want to stay near Incheon Airport without being in the middle of the city. The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed, smart TV, mini-fridge (free water daily), and even a desktop computer! The bathroom was large, with a rain shower and a fancy Korean-style toilet. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth, but note that early check-in isn’t possible (starts at 6 PM). The only small downside was the breakfast, mostly Korean-style and quite limited for Western guests. Overall, excellent value for money and a great place to relax before or after a flight. Would definitely stay again!"

"I really regret not staying at a hotel in Seoul and instead chose this one. Because of our schedule, we arrived very late at night, and my child didn't even want to go to sleep. In the morning, we had to check out early to catch our flight. This hotel also has a kids' club and a swimming pool, so my child could easily spend a whole day here without getting bored! Next time, I'll definitely stay for a couple more days!"

Best value for money. It was a bit amazing because the parking space was individual for each room ~ There was a bathtub even though it was cheap. It's a bit hard to use without a car, but it was so good to drive at night! There seemed to be a lot of delicious restaurants nearby, but I was sad that I couldn't use it properly because I didn't have time.

This was my first time booking a concert-viewing hotel on my own. It was conveniently located and very clean. There's a convenience store on the first floor, and since I'm an international traveler, I can pay with Alipay. The staff were very friendly. I had a wonderful trip to Seoul. Thanks to you, I was able to enjoy the concert and relax comfortably. Thank you!

It took me a bit to find the place but I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and room. I specifically was in search for a room with a bathtub. I think this is an issue with Trip.com. I selected a room with a bathtub and checked the pictures to ensure the bathroom with had a tub. When I finally arrived to my hotel room, it was a standard room with a shower. Trip's website specifically has the standard room at a much lower price so I know that I selected the correct room. At any rate, the owner was very nice and gave me a room with a bathtub. The room was very clean and spacious.

Was given one room card upon check in. The entire room and the shower was very spacious. Other than the hair dryer, I was surprised that it was equipped with a hair straightener, hairspray, men/women respective toner and cream, and even insecticide spray. Wifi speed was good too, I could have online meetings. I was concerned about the only window in the room that was wide open (only had a blind/shield and curtain to cover up). Also, the status display outside the door lights up showing if you're in the room (red light) or not in the room (blue light), based on your card inserts. Felt like I was being monitored constantly... The hotel location is not the most convenient by subway/metro, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. It was a 10-15 mins walk to Laveniche March Avenue. Tourists please note that climate card cannot be used in this area. I had trouble getting taxis in the area generally, so just take note. I had opted for airport transfer via trip.com instead of trying my luck for a cab.

It was close to Gurae Station, so it was easily accessible. My girlfriend lives in Gurae, and the prices are cheap and the quality of the accommodation is good for the price.
