Nice hotel in this location. Room is little more spacious than few other hotels in the same location. Staffs were friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed gives an excellent sleep. Breakfast option is good in the restaurant located within the hotel premises. Located within 5 mins walk from Utsunomiya station and to nearby eateries and restaurants.

We used this ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽ ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ (see photo attachment with 21m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 160 cm). This ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ ﾙｰﾑ has three types (ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ, ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ､ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽ) and ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ and ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ are also 18m2, ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 140 cm, so you can feel relaxed as a general ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽﾎﾃﾙ. The ﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞ is about 120cm long, so if you are a general person, you will not feel tight, and ｼｬﾜｰﾍｯﾄﾞ is also very good to use. What's interesting is that in general ﾎﾃﾙ, when you get off ｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀ, there's a monotonous long corridor that follows the room, but here's a decoration that made Otani Ishi ﾓﾁｰﾌ, so it gives you a ﾁｮｯﾄｵｼｬﾚ atmosphere. ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ･ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ I don't know, but ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽｼﾝｸﾞﾙ is also 140cm long, and it is secured ｽﾍﾟｰｽ enough to spread the document. However, there is a step of about 20cm on the floor with ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ The only regret was left. Also, if you want to enjoy reading quietly, I recommend using ｹﾞｽﾄﾗｳﾝｼﾞ on the 5th floor (see attached photo) instead of in the room. Breakfast is ﾋﾞｭｯﾌｪ format at LaPIS (ﾗﾋﾟｽ) on the third floor, but it is very normal in content (attached photo impression).

Golden Week Chunichi. Use for one night at the relay point of the trip. Originally, I booked two rooms for four people. One family member couldn't come in a hurry and stayed in two rooms for three people. The front desk and other staff are very nice and the rooms are all new. Above all, the quality of the morning buffet is very high. All Japanese and Western are very delicious. Personally, I liked the grilled cherry blossoms. The coffee was also delicious without any miscellaneous taste in the taste of beans. The service of the staff was also very pleasant and I liked it. I didn't expect so much from the price, but the child was very happy and satisfied.

Hotel location is ideal, just 5 mins walk on the connecting bridge over from train station. It seemed not crowded when we checked in, and realised it’s next to their convention center so reckon the hotel is catered for business travelers.
But it’s very convenient and it’s linked to a mall next door, readily with eateries and supermarket, shops.
Hotel breakfast is so-so, variety is not that much and taste is average.

The hotel is not very new, but it is cleaned very clean, there is free coffee downstairs The room is very large, not as big as it has been in Japan. The service is in place: 1. I went to send my luggage first that morning. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the luggage was all sent to the room. 2. I didn't find the elevator when I went, there was an escalator, but down, the hotel staff immediately helped us change the escalator to the upper mode. 3. Unfortunately, I met a group of Japanese high school students who traveled. At 11 pm, I continued to scream in the room. Although it was the next room, the sound was terrible. After reacting downstairs with the staff on duty at night, he immediately went upstairs to deal with it. Unlike some hotels, I am not afraid to offend the guests. The only drawback is that although there are many washing machines, the high school students who travel are occupied, either washed or not put money in the washing machine, I hope that there are countermeasures to deal with this situation.

It is located close to the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, but the east exit is under construction related to LRT, and it must be moved around. The construction is scheduled to be until August 2022. The facilities are Daiwa Roynet Hotel standard. It is quiet and comfortable in a spacious room. The surrounding area is quiet compared to the west exit, but there are minimal convenience stores, taverns, and confectionery shops. It may be a little troublesome to have to go around the construction area when trying to get out of the bustling west exit.

Nice common area/lobby. Helpful English speaking staff (Ayumi Osawa) that was super responsive via email. Rooms. I had a small clean room facing the trees on the 3rd floor, was here after a red-eye flight so checked in at 11 am and checked out 3 hours later, was happy with the experience Food & drinks. Looked like there were some restaurants nearby. Best to have car to get around Prices. Good /great value at US$115 Rating. 4/5

I stayed overnight with my wife. This was my second stay. The staff were still polite. The room was clean but cheap, so the bed was very small and it was cramped to sleep with two people. We recommend choosing a room with a large bed. There are many restaurants and bars around, so it was convenient for eating and drinking. The parking lot is in the hotel, but it was full, so I parked in the hotel's affiliated parking lot about 4 minutes on foot. It was raining lightly, so I felt a little inconvenient.

The bed was facing the elevator hall corridor, with only a thin wall. The sheets had stains like cigarette ash. The room was small and dirty. It was completely different from the photo. The unit bath with toilet was small, dirty, and smelly. Maybe they are taking advantage of the location, but I wish they would be more honest in their work. I have stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I have had such an unpleasant experience, including with the hotel staff. The price was 11,000 yen per person for a three-day weekend. I will never stay here again, but I hope this will be helpful for others.

XxmorrellaxThe room was small compared with rooms at other hotels I've stayed at in Japan for a similar price, but it was clean and comfortable, except for the hard pillows (this, granted, is just a personal preference). The bathroom was neat and well-equipped, though I wish there were more towels (again, personal preference). The staff was polite, but I cannot estimate if they speak English as my partner handled the check-in and check-out in Japanese. The location is great; you can basically walk to the hotel from the train station and even see the hotel building as you descend down the station stairs.

(When I first went, it was a little difficult to understand) There is a supermarket around the hotel, and there are various shops along Kinu Dori street. There are many choices if you have a car, but you may struggle a little if you walk. For women in the public bath, the washroom is about ５～６ and the number of rooms in the hotel is small. It was good that I was just empty when I went, but it may be hard to get crowded. You can see the crowding on the TV in the room, so it seems to be good to check. The breakfast venue is also large and there are many tables. It was a bit troublesome because it was a Viking using disposable gloves, but it is rich in number and satisfactory.

旅旅を楽しみTIMEIt is about 3 minutes walk from Utsunomiya Station. It was close, so I was grateful to come back tired from sightseeing.
The room was clean. Some of the wallpaper was light blue and cute.
Amenities were minimal but sufficient.
I thought the free breakfast was amazing even though it was rich in variety and free.
There was also a water confectionery unique to Utsunomiya for one day during my stay.
I was relieved not to be with people because I could take it back to my room and eat it. This is the hotel I want to stay again!

I felt that the room was very clean and clean.
