Sano Hotels with Wifi

"The room is typical business hotel size, not very big, just right for a single person. The meals are simple: salad, curry rice, and miso soup. It's right next to a shopping center, AEON, which is great for shopping. The service is good, I recommend it to everyone."

"The front desk staff were incredibly polite, and when I mentioned that I might be checking in late since I had traveled from Nikko to Sano, they assured me they could accommodate me 24 hours a day, which eased my anxiety and made me feel at ease during my stay. It's a very clean hotel, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores and izakayas (Japanese pubs). It's also in a great location for visiting the Sano outlet mall the next day. Thank you very much!"

"First time trying the SUPER chain of hotels. They are affordable, provides free parking, free breakfast and also has onsen facilities. Very great value for money. Recommended."

"Overall, I think my stay was pretty good. It's true that the facilities were old and the equipment was noticeably worn out, but it was cleaned to a certain extent and I think it was enough for those who don't require too much comfort. In particular, the staff were polite and greeted me and answered my questions properly. In this respect, I felt that they were considerate of their guests. However, there was one thing that was very disappointing. That is, even though I clearly selected a non-smoking room when I made the reservation, I was actually given a smoking room. From the moment I entered the room, the smell of cigarettes was strong and very unpleasant. I thought about asking the front desk, but since I arrived late that day and was tired, I had no choice but to stay in that room. During my three-day stay, the smell of cigarettes never completely went away, and it permeated my clothes, luggage, and even my own body. Even when I was sorting my luggage after returning home, the smell was bothersome, and this point greatly diminished my overall satisfaction with the trip. As an accommodation facility, I feel that it is very problematic to assign a smoking room to a customer who selected a non-smoking room. This not only directly affects the health and comfort of the customer, but also affects their sense of trust. I strongly hope that such mistakes will be improved in the future. Overall, even if we take into account that it is an old facility, the non-smoking policy was insufficient, so it may be difficult to use it again. I hope that other users do not have a similar experience."

"There was a hot spring, which was very relaxing. The breakfast was also delicious. If I have the chance, I would like to use it again."

"The room was nice, and the staff were polite. This isn't the first time I've booked a room for two people online, but only one person got there. Luckily, the staff were very helpful; even with two extra people, the room was better than what I expected. Thumbs up!"

"Location is good. It's very quiet and nice, but it was a little inconvenient for me as I had to go outside the entrance to smoke."

"The first time I stayed at the container hotel, it was clean and tidy, and the basic facilities were complete, but there was no toothbrush. Remember to prepare it yourself. You must register for QR Code before check in. You must scan QR code check in, on the check-in day and send a microwave oven to the ding of the bento."
