"Exceptional Onsen Experience and Delicious Breakfast My recent stay at this hotel in Japan was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail with genuine hospitality. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the exquisite onsen bath house. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, the onsen offered the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The facilities were immaculately clean, the water temperature was just right, and the tranquil atmosphere allowed me to truly unwind after a day of exploring. Each morning began with their amazing breakfast spread, featuring a wonderful selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding, and the presentation was as beautiful as the flavours were delicious. From freshly brewed coffee to traditional miso soup, every meal was a delightful start to the day. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, making my experience truly memorable. I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing getaway, a cultural experience, or just a fantastic place to stay, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way."

"We enjoyed our stay at Rakuten STAY House x WILL STYLE Saga Imari during our vacation in Dec 2025. It is a house located in a residential area. As it is rather quiet and away from the buzz, it might be better for travelers who drive. There is parking right in front of the house, which is great! It was clean and everything works. The window blinds may need to be repaired, but it isn't a show stopper. We particularly like the long dining table on the second floor. Cozy stay, recommended."

"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, but the flat was a little short and seemed to be used (troued). I made the mistake to leave the door to the bathroom open during the day: a very strong smell of waste was spread throughout the room when I came home at the end of the day. The hotel is far from the station and doesn't seem to be served by buses."

"This would have been a perfect stay... Everything was great about the hotel. Size of the rooms, staff was friendly, and location was in decent proximity to the train station. However, on our 3rd night, the air conditioner began to click or drip around 2am even though it wasn't on. In the morning, we told the staff who were very apologetic, and it seemed like they fixed the situation until around 11 pm that night when it started again. Maybe there is a leak."

"It is a room like a renovated condominium, and there is an IH, but it is unknown whether it can be used. If you hit the riverside room, you can see the sea. There is a Google TV projector, and the speakers are subtle but you can enjoy them on a large screen. There is also a PET bottle of water as a washing machine, dryer, and welcome drink. Check-in out is all mechanical, so you don't have to talk to people."
