Stresa Hotels with Wifi

"The hotel is located in a beautiful place, next to the boat port,comfortable to ride on the islands,near a pedestrian path along the lake,can be reached in 20 minutes to the Streza center,where there are many restaurants. In the hotel it is clean,it is certainly a little old. But the view of the lake is very beautiful. Breakfast is ordinary with hot dishes, delicious coffee. Overall I liked everything"

"We booked two rooms: one with a direct lake view, one with a side view. The rooms vary in size. The side room is narrow and smaller. The shower amenities are Comfort Zone tranquility! The restaurant is good. Delicious. The hotel maintains a relaxed resort atmosphere, especially if you have time to soak it up for more than just one or two nights. We stayed for five nights. The views from the room with a direct lake view and from the sky bar are magnificent! Pleasant snacks and cocktails at the sky bar. A small pool is also there. Across the road (not the highway!) is a beach club on the lake with a large pool and various seating areas (now with a table at the bar, further away, sun loungers with and without umbrellas, cabanas), a modern area with restrooms, showers, and a changing room (there are lockers and a hairdryer). The pool itself has two hydromassage zones. There's a pier (you can dive into the lake, but you have to return via the public beach). The atmosphere in the club is pleasant. We (a family of four staying in late August) had no problems finding sun loungers. To the hotel management: The staff at the sky bar requires your guidance and participation. They are pleasant, but not always attentive and consistent during busy hours. I appreciated the human touch (it started raining heavily, and the staff saw and understood my predicament and offered a shortcut under the bar's roof). However, one evening on the roof, I had to remind them about my order and snacks. Bottom line: a modern hotel, comfortable, and the undeniable advantage of a pool with a view and the opportunity to swim in the lake. We would return. Especially since there's construction nearby on the hotel extension (there was no noise at the end of August). The poster says completion is 2026, but I don't really believe in the deadlines."

"Hotel with great location, next to Lake and ferry terminal. During checkin the receptions took IDs and told to come later to get them back which is unacceptable. Also no information on additional access to pool, had to ask myself after finding on the hotel website. Lot of bars and restaurants even in the same building. Tasty breakfasts, the best crossaints I had in Stresa. The downside is also poor maintenance of rooms, slow WiFi, AC control panel was very old and simply AC wasn't working. Bed very soft which is uncomfortable and unhealthy. If the price is attractive I would stay again but the standard is similar to 2 star hotels nearby."

"We were super satisfied with the hotel: very central, comfortable to reach from the station (10 minutes) and in a moment you get to the lake. With all the services needed in the centre. We have made a little effort with the palms to refresh the air, but the days are really hot. For the rest we will be super happy"

"Old-school grandeur. The rooms have a château style, and we even had both a shower and a (jacuzzi) bathtub. We tried the indoor pool (which also has several jacuzzis) and had it all to ourselves. Pure paradise! Breakfast offered a good selection, and the staff was very friendly."

"It's very comfortable and nice. It's like staying in a palace. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. The restaurant inside is also delicious. The price is not expensive, only 1,000 per person. The spa inside is very good."

"We had an ok stay but this was the worst accomodation we had during a 1 month trip around Europe. The location is great as it’s very close to the train station and the lake. However, it was not a very comfortable stay for 3 main reasons: 1. The wifi didn’t work in our room 2. There was no hot water for a shower at night 3. Despite receiving email confirmation before arriving that we would have a double bed, our room had 2 old single beds that had been pushed together. These couldn’t be slept on as a double because: they were on unlockable casters, so easily moved on the tiled floor, the mattresses deeply sagged in the middle so there was a ridge on the edge of each of the mattresses, and, they were made up with single linen. In addition, we didn’t use the balcony we were looking forward to as it looked straight onto a construction site. So all in all, we were disappointed. "

"May be the reason for the off-season, the direct deputy building upgraded to the main building mountain view room, there is a small balcony can be cold weather, or drink coffee is very good, breakfast typical European food is nothing special, overall good!"

"The rooms are simple but spacious. Breakfasts are modest; you can only boil eggs. The public, free beach is nearby, a 3-minute walk away. It was very hot at the end of May, +30°C, and the air conditioning wasn't working. They couldn't fix it in 2 days. The hotel is mainly occupied by retirees. To get to the center of Stresa, it's a 20-minute walk along a beautiful promenade."
